Product good just want a reply from customer services
Overall I would have loved to give a higher rating as we have been pleased with delivery and product, we ordered a 3-door Bi-folds and have fitted the middle lane of glass has a big mark down the middle and is within the glass not on the outside,
The issue we have had is no reply from customer services, I have sent out an email regarding something that is purely a manufacturers fault asking for help, and I have had no reply after 3 days, I’d love to have this sorted as we are pleased with everything else.

Recently purchased a UPVC single door which I am absolutely delighted with. The service throughout my purchase was fantastic and the door itself is of the highest quality. I cannot thank ATT enough and will certainly be using them again for my replacement windows and possibly another set of doors.

Delivered a custom built French door with two sidelights well within the allotted time.
They look great and are very sturdily built, would recommend this company to anyone in the market for uPVC doors. Great value, beat the nearest quote by a good margin.

How long have you got!
How long have you got! The ordering and delivery went well - except that, as well as the frame, they sent two cills and two top rails and no accessories pack! It took them a week to get the accessories pack to me. So one week late we cut the wall ready for the frame to go in. It went in beautifully except that we couldn’t fix it because the sliding door was stuck shut, blocking the fixing point. Then followed a week of phone calls as various people both at ATT and at their lock manufacturers tried to help without any effect and we slept very uneasily with a 6ft square hole in the house. Eventually they gave in, followed our suggestion, and allowed us to get a local locksmith out at their expense. It took him 15 mins to assess the situation, break the old lock out and fit a new one. The issue was solved and we went on to successfully fit the door. All other aspects were were fine, but it was an experience that neither I nor our builder wish ever to repeat.

I have looked into this case, and to my understanding, there was a lot of contact with you, trying everything to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, everything we tried did not work, and due to location, we were unable to come and fix the problem for you. This resulted in needing a locksmith to help with the issue.

The bifold doors were fine but…
The bifold doors were fine but initially before ordering online I phoned for information and the so called customer service didn't know much at all. The delivery arrangements were an absolute nightmare and when they eventually delivered them there was no paperwork with it at all.

Excellent Company, Great products, and really good customer service. Purchased 3 sets of patio doors, which have proved excellent value for money and look really good. The order was correct
The order was correct, and well packaged, the delivery was very early in the morning, (0600) with no warning which was unfortunate.
I have a few items missing from the doors, namely the caps that fit on the vertical face of the hinges, the screws are there but not the faceplates. if you could post those out that would be great,

Was a bit of a nightmare Delivery was…
Was a bit of a nightmare Delivery was delayed a couple of times which caused big problems with my client - then the delivery men arrived in the dark at 8.00pm- the doors where twisted also - the only good thing was the lady in customer service who really did try her best but a very poor company who we will not use again.

We are really disappointed to hear about the experience you have had. We take customer care extremely seriously at ATT Fabrications. I have looked at this case and wanted to explain some of our issues. Regarding delivery, the first issue was that our supplier delivered the materials slightly later than planned. This resulted in a rescheduled delivery for the nearest possible delivery slot. However, on the day of delivery, our drivers experienced considerable delays on their route. Rather than rescheduling to another date, we decided to ensure you received the product even if it was slightly later in the day than planned. Unfortunately, this did mean an evening delivery.
Regarding the door being twisted, this is the first we have heard about this issue, and we are very keen to discuss this further and get the problem sorted.
Just fitted new French doors
Just fitted new French doors, great quality, great price and service. Delivery came as promised and kept informed of progress.
