CANCEL order 187125 as I have told you for the last 3 days at least a dozen times!!!!! What company does NOT have a phone number???

I ordered gloves, the ad said one size but I received extra large that don't even fit my hand because I have small hands. I wish I would have read these reviews before I even placed an order with this company. I emailed and of course have gotten no response back. Worst company that I've ever dealt with. So now I have gloves that I can't even wear. Very poor!

On the side it states - Claimed company. From what I understand it is no longer operating and there should be an administrator assigned.

Me too! Ordered XS gloves recieved XL from china, I have returned them and messaged more than once and have not recieved any communication. 😡 Annoyed

Product did not work and their customer service and messenger contact is worthless as messenger is a bot and emails only get a delivery receipt with a auto response and no further contact or help from them!

Very bad place to order. No response from supplier. Don't know where the cameras are and no shipping information. I'll give it 1 more week then make my report. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE

Customer svc is horrible. Ordered a security camera never got confirmation or tracking info but it has been deducted from my bank account. Emails are unresponsive

I ordered the Smart Security Camera on Jan 5, 2019. Ten days later no response from ATTITUDETODAY on when the order might be shipped, back ordered, or just plain not gonna get the merchandise. I have sent them messages on Messenger, 3 times now and got 1 response back, saying the same old crap as on other bad reviews. "We are sorry for your inconvenience, but due to the new year, we have been working hard to get the orders out, Please bear with us."

I am going to report this company to the Better Business Bureau, and also demand a refund from my credit card company, since it doesn't look like they are going to get my order to me any time soon. Never again will I deal with this company. A bad mistake, most likely a scam in many cases.

Well after several messages via facebook of which none were responded to and another sent to customer@attitudetoday (never acknowledged) the USPS updated the tracking information and the merchandise is to be delivered today. Not much faith in the product as now I see I could have obtained the same item for less money through Amazon or Ebay, but that is my own fault for not having done my research. From ordering to shipping it has been 3 weeks which is not terrible if someone would have just responded to my numerous emails. I do also hold Facebook responsible for allowing sub-par retailers to place adds and scam many of their customers but then again we are all adults and should research the companies BEFORE placing an order.

They have now provided proof of delivery so I have to take it up with the post office.. But I didn't get any response until I messaged through another parent group I guess whats mode ltd.
Charged in November and not even a confirmation of my order to be found.
Messenger bot is no help because of course I have no shipping info. Not one response to emails either other than bot generated form letter explaining how busy they are getting orders out.

Also was scammed, ordered med gloves, sent an x large 6 weeks later. Charged more than tag on gloves, sent from China. Sent 6 messages and they dont respond.

I hold Facebook responsible for this the company is obviously a scam they know what they're doing and as long as Facebook is receiving their advertising dollars they do not care about their customers that's why I am canceling my Facebook account

I ordered the 16x52 monocular telescope they claim will reach over 2 miles of vision. It took forever to come. Nowhere on the box or on the telescope does it have the word monocular. The vision barely reaches a hundred feet. The scope is from china a cheap version. I have tried to reach the company about their misrepresentation of their product but no one contacts me back. Tried to file a complaint to the consumer division department of the Attorney General office but they are shut down. Do not order this scope and definitely do not do business with Attitude Today

I've been waiting for my shipment. Have not got it yet. I wrote them on messenger with no response don't think ill shop here again

This place is a total scam!!! 2 months later I still have not received my camera, they do not answer any MESSENGER requests, they send me auto email responses when I reply to my emails of we are sorry for the backlog.... SERIOUSLY 2 MONTHS AND STILL WAITING BACKLOGGED!!!! I can not believe this place is still able to advertise on Facebook or anywhere else, SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN AND ARREST THE CEO FOR THEFT BECAUSE THATS WHAT THEY ARE DOING

Ordered a present for my grandson for Christmas in November. I had an email to say it had shipped on 7th December (not exactly speedy) but when I clicked on the tracking number it said ‘invalid’. After reading other reviews, presumed I had been scammed, and eventually purchased another present. Early New Year I did send email asking what had happened, but got no reply. However, today, 18th January, I went to collect another parcel from the Post Office, and they also handed over the one from Attiudetoday, which they said had been there since early New Year. I am glad to get the present, if belated, but still will never use them again due to the stress caused by their tardiness and lack of communication.

Pretty sure I just got scammed. I purchased a product. It didn't do what the ad said it would do. I asked to return it, and they ghosted me: would not tell me how to make returns.

Purchased an item paid for it. Got any mail saying I pay for it. But never got the item. When I login it shows paid but unfulfilled and it's been a while now. Message their customer service and no answers. What a waste of time. I wouldn't advise making any purchases from this company.
Update says packages been filled. Still haven't seen it. Now it's been a month. I know customer service contact back to me

I ordered a Smart Wireless IP/ Camera before Xmas after seeing it on Instagram. I eventually received it a few days ago, and can not get it set up, let alone use it. It askes to verify yourself, they send you an email to complete setup, the reply email has never come back, so i am unable to use it.

They state the only way to contact the is through messenger, ive not used this in years and had to download it. After sending a message, it tells you to email them, Why did i have to download messenger?. But as of today, i have not heard back from them.

I have searched for a telephone number, but can not find one, i found that there is another company - "Urbantoys6", but again no number! Even if you want to return the item for a refund i can not find out how to return the item.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. POOR POOR SERVICE, Plus ive wasted around £35.
