Ordered Dec 21. It's now January 16. No sign of my order and no tracking# is found. Never again

I realize Im not the only one who got ripped off. Lesson learned don't buy things of off face book. Usually never works out

I am pretty sure this is a fraudulent company. I checked online before i ordered and there was no indication of this being a fraudulent company. Shame on me for being gullible. I will not order items from Facebook again.

What I have done is contact the USPS postal inspectors. I am filing a fraud complaint. I would suggest that everyone who has yet to receive their item do this and post all over Facebook that this company is bogus. By the way I ordered the security camera. Whats the old adage? If it is too good to be true it probably is.

My mother ordered a treadmill on Facebook advertisement and she too was defrauded.

Wow!! I wished I read this before purchasing their camera. Now I have to call my credit card company to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Long story short:
- paid more than I should've,
- customer service is non-responsive after you paid up,
- their paypal adress is somewhere in china and does not match their store
- any comments on their social media gets deleted.

So yeah, I should've come to trustpilot before buying, because this whole experience was a complete nightmare.

While usually wary of online stores, I got lured in by their ads on facebook, and they were very fast to reply whenever someone posted on one of their products, which gave a sense of security.

I noticed that after paying for the items that suddenly the discount I shouldve got for buying in bulk (which immediately got calculated in my shopping cart) was suddenly removed after paying. And that's when it all began.

As per usual with online services I first contacted them through their social media. They were fast to respond when I was interested in their product, so their responding time to help out paying customers must be the same, right? Well, to this day, 2 months after purchase, I still have yet to receive even one reply. They havent responded on FB, they havent replied to e-mails, nothing.

Upon further inspecting I saw that I wasnt the only one. Not only did I find this trustpilot page with all your concerns, but on their facebook many people's questions remained unanswered, with an exception of one person who received a vague reply. The main reason I did not see this earlier is because, not joking, they actually remove comments from their facebook that have any negative content or raise concerns about their purchase. And now, while writing, I've concluded that they've also disabled the option to leave comments on their FB aside from replying to posts. How's that for service?

And when I checked paypal to get my money back I noticed the money was not sent to anything remotely related to the attitudetoday store, but rather a Chinese compagny, with a completely different name and e-mail address. That doesnt necessarily mean it's bad, but with their current reputation it does not help and it certainly does not look professional.

In any case, thanks to Paypal I got my money back, and this was the final time I bought at an online store before checking any reviews and previous customer experiences. sorry for the long post, but hopefully it will help.

P.S. They also lure you in with supposedly fake positive reviews plastered over their own webshop. I can't confirm this but it is very likely since I havent seen any positive reviews outside of their own website, not even on facebook.

Do not use them. My husband’s gloves fit great. Mine way too big. They claim one size fits all. Mine are marked an XL. I have emailed them 6 times since Dec 18. They give you 9 business days to return. I’m going through paypal and my bank to dispute the $19.95,

I only chose one star because I could not go further without choosing a star.
This place is a scam, stay away.
Don't bother messaging them on messenger either, they will not respond.

Paid for, even get response when delivery delayed. "due to international shipping, takes a long time" After four months nothing. It is a scam

I ordered (on 11/30), from an ad on Facebook-2 transformer type cars--for Christmas. I got a response that the cars were being shipped--and I have never received them, (now January 11,2019). I have e-mailed numerous times and never received a response. I've been scammed for sure.

Exciting product ordered. Confirmations of order received and advised 'getting a order ready to be shipped' then nothing. No responses to emails, messages or Facebook posts. If this isn't a scam then it's the worst customer service I can ever remember for online purchasing.
I definitely won't be using them again even if the goods I have paid for do turn up.
Next step will be to follow this up as fraud.

I have ordered a USB charging cable and they sent a faulty one - tried to contact them via email, but no response for the last three weeks. Avoid these people.

Same as everyone else, placed an order for a WiFi camera (which has now been removed from their website) five days ago, got a number and that's it. Messenger has a stupid BOT with three options. Facebook should be made accountable for giving them space!
Never been scammed before and purchased this purely based on the fact that FB allowed it space!

They offered a $40 motion sensor camera on Face Book. I ordered it. I did ORDER the CAMERA. When I got the confirmation e-mail a few moments later it said I ordered a drone.

I immediately contacted the only way the offer, via FB. The page says they respond immediately. 27 hrs. later still nothing. I can't prove it's a scam but if it smells like a scam, walks like a scam...

Fortunately I went through Pay Pal so I'm pretty sure I can get my money refunded. No more ordering on Face Book for me.

This is one of the biggest SCAMS I've ever had!!!
I ordered 3-iOS USB Flash Drives from Attitudetoday on 11/27/2018.
I received a confirmation email from them telling me that the items had been shipped and was given a USPS tracking number. Well, the tracking number was bogus! I had charged the items to my credit card, When my next statement arrived there was a $84.45 charge, payable to AttitudeToday. Even though I still hadn't received the items. I called the credit card company and issued a dispute. On 12/22/2018 the items arrived in the mail, BUT NOT FROM AttitudeToday, The shipper was YDH INT'L INC., 14254 Valley Blvd. #A, La Puente CA 91746. As it turned out, the items were defective. I called my credit card company again and they told me to send them the USPS return tracking number to verify the item had been returned. I did so. YDH INY'L INC. received the return on 12/27/2018 @ 11.53 am. I thought everything would be corrected and that the credit card company would credit my account - WRONG !!! The charges were paid to AttitudeToday, not YDH INT'L INC. So now I'm stuck with a $84.45 charge, with NO ITEMS, and AttitudeToday has my money and I'm stuck with NOTHING!!! Oh yes, just TRY to contact AttitudeToday - HA - A bogus telephone number, IMPOSSIBLE to contact them through Messenger, (which is the only way to contact them)! They knew all along what they were doing. They don't ship direct, they ship through a "fake" company, the defective items and oh, by the way, if you return anything to YDH INT'L INC. YOU pay the postage, in my case $10.60!!!! So now I'm out $95.05 and my credit card can't do anything about it because the dispute was against AttitudeToday, not YDH INT'L INC. !!!! It was a SCAM from the very beginning!!!! They knew it and now I know it. If anyone reading this has any doubts, order from AttitudeToday at your own risk!!! And good luck. I will never order from them again !!!!!

I used attitudetoday.com to purchase a flash drive 32GB for IOS for my iPhone after seeing their advert on Instagram and reading their own reviews.it came but it was definitely a fake Chinese product with very poor connection and I could not get it to download my photos which was the reason I had bought it. I tried contacting them for their ‘no quibble’ money back policy and received no answer. I wanted an address to send the item back to which I didn’t receive any communication!! Tried claiming back through PayPal which has just come back as denied so am now thinking of trying my credit card but not holding out much hope for that either. So I’d advise people to stay well away from this company. I was a fool to take these companies at their word in their adverts!!! Lesson learned!!

Unlike many people, I actually managed to get my order delivered: the right item, in one piece, in less than two weeks. But like many people the item - "Highquality Telescope" (Prism Monocular Telescope SKU 90190AA-Telescope*1) is a shoddy Chinese knock-off. Not only does it NOT have even half of the zoom shown on the promo videos, but it's awkward and stiff to use, moves all the time when attached to my Samsung A8+ phone, and results in a blurry, grainy "tunnel vision" pic being taken by the phone. Not happy with the quality, usability or results, I tried contacting Attitudetoday within 7 days of receiving the item for a refund under their 30 day no-quibble money-back guarantee. I got NO response through the Facebook channel and had to figure out an email address to write to: there is NO actual system on their website for returns or complaints: that in itself should be a huge red flag for those considering buying from them. After 2 emails and over a week of waiting, I finally got a reply - which didn't answer my email in the slightest! In fact, their email just told me to wait for my item to arrive and gave me a tracking link! There was no mention at all about how to return the item for a claim / refund.
To cut a long story short, I never heard from Attitudetoday again, despite two more emails and informing them I'd be seeking a refund from my credit card company (which I'm in the middle of now). It's not a big amount, and perhaps they deliberately ignore small players like me thinking most people won't bother trying to get their money back. But it's the principle of the thing.
I strongly advise against buying from these shysters. They are a typical Chinese company with forwarding agents based in various countries. Having lived in China, I know how obsessed with money the Chinese are: they have no scruples, are deceitful unethical, dishonest businesspeople, and will sell their grandmother if they think they can get away with it. You've been warned!
Update 23 Jan 2019:
I got the refund from my credit card last week - yay! The day after I got an email from Attitudetoday saying how sorry they were about the situation and that they were refunding my money!! Money talks, doesn't it? Especially when it's been taken back by the bank! They, of course, didn't do squat - it was all the bank's work that got my money back. I sincerely hope that Mastercard withdraws their credit card facility from Attitudetoday, and that Visa will do the same. Shysters like Attitudetoday need to be removed from the business landscape. We needs companies like them like a hole in the head...

Very bad transaction. Took 4 weeks to receive product. No customer service. Stay away.

I am still waiting for my order to ship after 4 days. I wouldn't be so concerned except for the fact that they've processed my payment and haven't indicated any ship date.Looking for a phone number to ask about this, but so far haven't found one. They say to contact them using messenger, which would be great if they message me back! An update on my order. Now day 18. I saw an update on my order stating that it is in New Jersey, however it's been there, supposedly, for 2 days. I still have not received a reply to my messages.
