I ordered 2 pair of gloves for Christmas 2/9/18 my tracking number can;t be found

Scam ordered a month ago received nothing
Customer service is worthless only by messager they just stop messaging tracking non existent when they do they just say shipping next day really crappie company if that’s what is supposed to be totally a scam

I placed my order on Nov 30, after placing it I read the reviews and was very nervous about this company. I received my item today Dec 22 and was very surprised. The only thing I have to say about this company is they have poor customer service. They never respond to the text you send them or answer your call. The product looks in good condition and looks well made. We have not tried it yet to see how well it works. I am so glad it made it here before Christmas. It was a frustrating process.

Don't order from this company attitudetoday I ordered on December 6th they show it shipped on December 9th not a good tracking number cannot be found by USPS and December 22nd it is now and has not been received yet

Ordered Christmas present for my great grandson. Ordered in November and have not received this yet and it is December 20 th. Have only heard it was shipped. Have got an order number. Have contacted them several times and heard nothing

Ordered 2 Flash USB Drives for iPhone on Nov 28th and they arrived 17th December. Neither work and no cables were included. Package was just a black plastic bag and sent via firm in England-

Disgraceful package ordered presents, all boxes were damaged due to poor packaging never again.

So ridiculous! This is just a shell drop-shipping company that should not be doing business in this century. You can order these products directly from Alibaba and, even if you have to pay for shipping, you'll at least get what you ordered.

Same thing! Don't buy anything from them. I emailed them asked about tracking, they gave me the same information i already have and still can't track order! I also ordered in November to recieve by Christmas! 60.00 for absolutely nothing!

I have written to you twice and it states that my order is confirmed and shipped!!! Where is it????? Tracking doesn't work since it doesn't state HOW the item is being shipped. I wished I had looked at reviews before I bought! Now my grandson will NOT have his Christmas present. Thanks ....ordered November 27 and it is December 18....nothing! You need to reconsider being a business of quality.

you charged my account on 11.29.18 . Have still not received any info on when my. order (order number #90597) will arrive. you said it would be before Xmas. When trying to track package it is in Chinese??? you've got paid, when do I get my order?

I placed an order on Nov 27th and it’s now Dec 17th and still not received. I’ve written 3 three times with no results. It’s impossible to track the order. UPDATE. Dec31, still nothing !!!

I wish I would of read the reviews first because now I too am screwed from this horrible place. They charged my credit card on NOVEMBER 26TH and today is DECEMBER 17TH AND I HAVE NOTHING except this stupid fake tracking number 301129983768. I do have an order number 76098 for all the good that is doing me. This was a present for my Grandson so I guess I am going to have to buy him another one and CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO FILE A COMPLAINT AND TRY AND GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS CRAP OF AN EXCUSE OF A COMPANY. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered on Nov. 30. This is December 17, still, nothing but an email that says it shipped and you cannot track the shipment. I would NEVER order anything from here! Tell your friends to stay away. Now I have to take the time to figure out how to get my money back.

I am writing to tell everyone that I initially thought it was a scam as they didn’t respond back to me. They not only responded to let me know my order was in transit but they were so nice about making it right. Today I received the order!!! Don’t be afraid to order from them, just be patient as it’s international shipping and takes time! Thank you so much for restoring my faith in e-commerce!!!!

Ordered a Christmas present in Nov of 18 and finally received a notice it was shipped on Nov 30th. Today is Dec. 15th and I can't find out anything. No phone number that can be found except on my Charge Card. Of course no one answers that number. I am going to file charges against them if I do not get my gift in the next 2 days.

BEWARE! I finally received my items, it was garbage. Could have found something better at "Big Lots or "Dollar". Can't get any response from Customer Service. Don't waste your money!

I purchased two Drawing Figures for Artists. This was in November 2018, last month. A few weeks later, 15 un-authorized purchases were made with my debit/checking card from AirBnB, Famoiz, Spotify, Dell and a few other companies I've never heard of. I checked back with the seller on Attitudetoday, but didn't get a response. Based on the reviews I'm reading here, I've lost confidence with this purchase and the site. My next step is to fight this by reporting this to the better business bureau. It's such a shame that this evil is out there, preying on the innocent.

I have been in contact with them and seems to be related with them or certainty earnings revenue income from enticing customers to purchase.

They are fully aware of the issues of taking monies but not delivering the product but extremely rude and showing a "I don't give a damn' concern.

The product cost $19.99. Small enough so people won't progress but when accumulated a massive income for them.

I would very much advise to steer clear of any relationship with this games provider BITMANGO too and pass it on to warn others.
