I placed a Christmas order at the end of November.Order#81791.
I too could not get the tracking number to work.

What is the next step. I am not feeling good about this. It was for my three grandsons?

Three orders placed 11 days ago. My credit card was charged immediately and I got email acknowledgements of my purchase. But that seems to have ended the transactions from their end. Re: one order, I got an email with a tracking number but the number was bogus (at least USPS didn't recognize it). Re: the other two, I got no indication of shipping.

I agree with other reviews. This place is awful. Great ads in front of you all the time, they take your order and your money. Been waiting weeks after they notified me the orders shipped. Tried there tracking numbers, one can’t be found and the other takes me to a Chinese site. I have no confidence I will receive my items which were Christmas gifts. Support BOT - useless.

AVOID! Just like everyone else I got duped by the aggressive marketing and have not received my order since I ordered some weeks ago. They had definitely bought reviews because the reviews they showed were positive until I landed here to find a solution. And , oh! No customer service or communication. Hoping PayPal will do the necessary!

Horrible I ordered something from attitudetoday.com my order # is #6401 please send my order. Or I’d like a refund. Fix this or I’ll make sure social media is plastered with negative things of your business dealings with customers. Shame on you. And your useless bot.

Placed an order Nov. 27th and was never given a tracking number so i cant track supposed order.

Items received. 16x52 prism monoculear telescope, phone mount and tripod.
They do not work as advertised. When mounted to phone camera, it only shows a small circle on the screen, maybe 1/10th as strong as advertised. The tripod mount screw is plastic and doesn't fit screw hole. So when i tried to screw it in ( had to use pliers ) the plastic screw stripped out. Says 3 weeks for delivery, took close to 2 months for delivery.

I ordered the gift bags which were advertised as different designs and sizes, I received them yesterday and they are all very small and all the same size and design, I have emailed them three times and had no response, my next move is to expose them on social media and ask my many friends to share, do not buy from them AVOID at all cost

ordered something a month ago and haven't received anything i'm a little anxious about this since it was a substantial amount of money. i've tried customer service but nothing. the messenger thing doesnt work since its a bot and then they dont answer their emails.

I ordered the Roller Paint set back in October and they sent it to the wrong address. The order was sent back. I have sent them an email and no response from them. They haven't even refunded me either.

To avoid this situation, pay through PayPal! I did the same thing and it stinks. THERE ARE SO MANY SCAMS OUT THERE, PAYPAL REFUNDED IT FOR ME. Its a great way to protect your orders. You get your refund quickly!

As of this date and after reading several posted reviews I am sorry I ever placed an order with this company - and it was for Christmas gifts for my grandchildren. I have written messages on MESSENGER but to not avail - they do not answer them. I feel like a fool and most certainly am out quite a bit of money. There is no way to get in touch with them - it has all the markings of a HUGE SCAM!!!

I ordered a product from this company 3 weeks ago and have not received anything. I got a shipping confirmation and tracking #. I researched the tracking # and it said that there was nothing attached to that tracking #. I wish I had seen these reviews before hand. I emailed them with no response and I also messaged them on facebook with no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCANDALOUS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a dinosaur flying remote control thing... got an order number... then I saw elsewhere it was half the price (NOT on offer) so I cancelled my order within 10 minutes of making it. Took me forever to find contact details for them.It took a few days to get a response and they said they will process my refund and will receive the funds in my account within a couple of days. It’s been a week and half since their email and nothing. I have emailed numerous times and nothing. This is my first review I have ever done! But I am so annoyed !!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS SCAM!

Unexpectedly received a table tripod instead of monocular. Wrote a harsh review and monocular arrived several days later. Was there a connection? I don't know. Maybe it was in transit.
I think the company did right by fulfilling the order. Normally I shop around and this was clearly impulse buying. Especially interested because i am a photographer. As for how it works, haven't had time to figure that out yet. I will update later...

Here comes the update: I tried every way from Sunday to focus on anything at all using the no-name-brand "telescope" I was sent, to no avail. So my mechanical-genius son came over and he couldn't get it to focus on anything either. This is clearly a piece of junk that will be making it's way to the city dump. Forget ordering anything from China. I should have known better.

I bought a telescope more than a week ago through this website that I saw on my Facebook is still time and they do not send me nothing BEWARE!! BEWARE!! My opinion this is a scam and FB is promoting this s*ht!

I have experianced the same scenario. They charge me notified the item was shipped . I have not been shipped. Three weeks and I can't get a hold of them . They steal your money. Never do business with this company.

Ordered the Telescope on 11/22/18 and haven't received shipping information as of yet when it states I will receive updated information within 2-3 days.

This is a complete rip off. They processed my payment and haven't contact information other than instant messenger.

They used the Facebook platform and even to this day FB is promoting them. I am wondering if FB is part of this scam.

My name is Sandra. I ordered a Telescope from this company, PAID via credit card, was debited the proper amount from my credit card and NEVER received the item that I purchased. I have NOT received a response after numerous attempts via email and Messenger. Beware and cautious about this website and company!!! No way to speak to a live person. After I posted a review, Attitude Today reached out to me and provided the item delivery update. I finally received it via China.
