Professional and informative

I was booked in to have my hearing checked really quickly, for the day after I contacted them. The building was clean and had friendly staff and a friendly atmosphere with about 3 virtually sound proof rooms. Ben , the audiologist was very professional , taking me through a number of tests to assess my hearing taking about one and a half hours . The hearing test is done at no cost,I have also been offered a follow up annual check at no up front cost, which leaves me wondering where these people actually make any money. I can only think that all of these costs must be being added to the cost of the actual hearing aid appliances, this cost was not discussed with me as yet, because my hearing loss is not that bad at the moment to require intervention.

I was satisfied with the depth of the testing. I'll recommend this Hidden Hearing shop.

I did not expect my routine hearing test would result in the need for an upgrade in hearing aids. My appointment was beautifully managed and I am extremely happy with the care and attention I was given. Anyone seeking hearing loss advice can be confident that they will receive sympathetic and effective help.

Consultant was polite, explained each procedure as he tested my hearing.

I made my usual annual visit and as always, the service by Natalie and James was impeccable. Natalie was her usual bubbly self and very welcoming. James is always engaging and just very good at his job. Look forward to next year already.

The After Service is second to none. Ben at Southampton was amazing. He visits me, at home regularly to check that everything is working the way I want them to and adds new programmes to enhance my experience even more.
The Hearing Aids have made such a difference not only to me but also everyone I come into contact with but especially my family, who now have to be told to talk quieter.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying new aids, they would not regret it. They may be more expensive but the service and employees are amazing.

My hearing aids from Hidden Hearing are really good with up to date technology, although these were slightly more expensive than others I had trialled.

Lauren was attentive, easy to speak to and obviously very experienced and helpful. She answered all my questions and filled me with confidence. I learned a lot and really appreciated the time spent with her.
