First time trying Audrey’s chocolate. I bought a decorative milk chocolate egg for £45. Chocolate was quite nice, but the egg was very much on the small side. I understand quality over quantity but tbh £45? Not worth it in my opinion although I love the idea, history etc. most people for £45 would expect a larger egg. Simple as that.

The chocolates were far tooo sweet for me, the fillings didn’t feel fresh and rather dried out. The main problem was the fillings which were intensely flavoured and very sweet. Not to my taste.

Have bought prickle of hedgehogs and the mad as box of frogs as little gifts for people. They all have loved them.

Packaging is gorgeous.

Service absolutely 10/10 one box I received had a date printing error and they are sending me a new box as a replacement.

Lovely business. Highly recommend.

I recently placed x2 orders; one for a Prickle of Hedgehogs and the other for an Easter Egg. The packaging was so pretty and the Easter Egg was divine. Sadly, although well presented, the same cannot be said for the Hedgehogs. Whilst looking amazing, they tasted stale and off so they were a disappointment, especially as they were gifted.

Well for starters the service is exemplary absolutely awesome. The chocolate itself is incredible, loving the different flavours and the milk and dark chocolate. I love the presentation boxes really awesome. The easter egg box was amazing from the presentation to the chocolate itself incredible. What makes Audery chocolate special is the attention to detail the presentation adds a touch of class. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a treat without feeling guilty. I will definitely be purchasing more chocolate in the near future. Also I love the family independent business adds authenticity to the brand.

An Easter egg of dreams was received today. I can’t describe how beautiful the flowers, berries and ladybirds are that decorate this delicate yet substantial egg. Such a vintage vibe. I haven’t even got to talking about the collection of chocolates inside… oh my!

Such delicious and beautifully packaged chocolate.In a time of shrink inflation for Easter Eggs, Audrey's eggs were so luxurious and perfect gifts.

Have used Audrey,s for years and there quality is always amazing the service is great and friendly and in this case the postage and packaging was excellent as I’ve never had it delivered before

I’ve previously ordered from here and have raved to family and friends.

I ordered on 22 March 2026 for some Easter items, and my box arrived 31 March with 3 items missing. Very disappointed and had to call through to the shop. I later received a callback from the postage team.

I explained what was missing from my order and the 3 items were posted out the next day, all arrived safely today 02 April.

What I don’t understand is why the items for the order were not counted against the order before the box was closed. I was also offered the choice of a refund for the missing 3 items.

Mistakes can happen, but it’s the recovery process which is equally important.

Would I order again, absolutely the products are just too good to miss.

They are all delicious and beautifully crafted- I treat myself but they make perfect presents !

I love Audrey’s and I love the products. However, a little more thought needs to go into the packaging. I ordered an Easter egg as a present. When it arrived, the egg had twisted in the packaging and the box was a little torn at the top. As I twisted the egg (carefully) to set it straight so I could gift it, the very thin foil on the top of the egg rubbed off. So it looked substandard as a gift. When you have spent £50, this is not acceptable. I won’t order by post again.

Such beautiful, luxurious chocolates. The perfect gift when you need something extra special.
