Engagement ring
I went to Austen & Blake in Leeds with my husband to purchase an engagement ring, and the service we received was exceptional.
On my first visit (10th July), I was served by Fergus, who was really helpful in guiding me through the different ring shapes. He made the process so much easier, and I knew I’d be coming back later with my husband to make a final decision.
Today, I had a booking with Charlotte, and she was absolutely amazing. She was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to help me find my perfect ring. She made the experience fun and relaxed—we had such a good laugh—and she never made me feel rushed, even when I was being indecisive. I had a set budget in mind, and Charlotte was brilliant at working within it to make sure I was happy. At one point, I felt “ring blind,” so I asked if she could try the ring on herself, and she kindly did so to help me get a better idea of how it would look. That small gesture made a huge difference!
Nikki, the manager, was also very friendly and helpful. She gave us great advice when we were enquiring about my husband’s wedding band and even polished his ring free of charge.
Overall, we had an amazing experience. The whole team was welcoming and lovely, and I would 100% recommend Austen & Blake Leeds for anyone looking for an engagement ring.

Wedding Ring store
My fiancé and I had our wedding ring appointment today in the Leeds store with Gabrielle. She was fantastic and took her time to go through the different types of rings. With her amazing guidance we’ve came away with the most gorgeous wedding rings!

We went into the shop in Leeds to find our wedding rings. We got sat down with Fergus who was really helpful and made us feel comfortable and not rushed into our decision. We went away to think and I emailed to buy my wedding ring. Everything was so easy and I’m so happy with the experience.

Amazing shop and amazing staff
Lovely warm welcome from the team. Charlotte was an amazing host and very helpful when taking me through the process. Reassured me along the way and methodically took me through everything. Wedding ring appointment
My partner purchased my engagement ring from Austen & Blake, so we came together to select our wedding rings.
Katy was absolutely lovely and listened to everything we said and felt, with absolutely no pressure to choose anything or push us in any direction. She was down to earth and made us both feel comfortable.
Everyone in store was welcoming and friendly which was nice as I’ve never actually been in a jewellers before!

Outstanding Visit
Fergus was outstanding throughout the whole time in the store. He listened to my fiancee’s ring preferences and was able to show us examples of how things would look. We were very happy with the whole experience and the glass of Prosecco at the end was a very enjoyable touch. Thank you Fergus for being very patient with us and for being so understanding.
