So the real question is why the hell would I want to pre-order anything with you when it takes you 2 – 3 mo. for you to Shipp it if at all. How about I return the $14,000 worth of Drone back to you for your failure to provide the equipment I ordered. Your BS answer does not get it. So what's next you stop supporting you V2 when the V3 comes out.

This is my first drone ever.
I didn't really know what to expect.
I have the autel nano+ and I am truly amazed at the picture quality that comes out of this drone. As I say, I have never owned one before,and I sure feel like I made the right decision. First flight was a butterfly in the stomach feeling that went away shortly after takeoff. My drone has performed flawlessly, signal strength has stayed constant at all times. No glitches,no fogged camera, no take offs. I am very happy with my decision on which brand drone I picked for sure. If I had the funds I would have every drone Autel offers. I've seen a lot of reviews saying Autel is up and coming, but after receiving my drone, I would have to say that they are here! Thank you for the opportunity to review.

I purchased my second Autel drone during the Black Friday sale. I was out of town at the time and wouldn't be home for delivery. I contacted Autel and asked for a delayed delivery date. They were very responsive to my request and immediately made it possible . Great Customer Service for a great drone!

Being that this was the first autel drone that I have owned, I didn't know what to expect. But when I got it in the air, I was pleasantly surprised as to the responsiveness and image quality. No lag was seen and the connection was rock solid. Keeping it in sight as far as I could, still no connection problems. Camera image is about the best that I've seen from a sub 250 gram drone. It's very stable while hovering and is a pretty quiet drone. After 15 or so minutes of flying around trying the different modes, I did a return to home, and it landed within inches of the starting point. Very impressive! I would highly recommend the nano+ drone as I did not have any bad experiences with it, it worked flawlessly. Great job Autel!

Great experience with purchasing the Autel Evo II Pro RTK UAS. No problems with the unit except the connection to the drone with the new Smart Controller. I have to "bind" both the controller and drone every time when using. That's my only issue. The drone is an excellent platform for learning and getting your part 107 cert here in the US. I really like the new controller (7.9"), it's great to be able to see what's going on. The standard controller is okay (I got that also) but my vision isn't as great as it used to be. The new controller fixes all that, I also like the ability to mount the controller on a tripod (it's better than using the neck strap). I'm glad I purchased the Autel Evo II Pro RTK UAS ! !

Great Product and easy to set up. I have already used the unit twice for fires with my volunteer department.

I didn't initially receive my whole order but customer service immediately resolved the mix up and they shipped the final piece to complete the transaction. I am a repeat customer and would do business again with Autelpilot.

So now we are approaching two years since this company advertised an EVO II v 1 smart controller which they were unable to provide. Took my $1,199.00 quick enough, but have not responded to emails for over a year. MY RECOMMENDATION IS NEVER NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They have not contacted me about their inability to provide the product and have not refunded my money.

What an excellent company Autelpilot are and great products too with amazing helpdesk communication. I am not sure why there are a few bad reviews here, as my experiences have been so different. To start with, I have ordered products from Autelpilot for 6 months now, from spares, batteries, propellors and 2 black friday deals too on Autel Evo Nano Plus drone bundles, and the items have arrived within 3 days every time, and when I have needed to contact customer services, they have been amazing at replying within an hour, especially Lucy [Autelpilot Support Team]. and as for the quality of the drone itself, I have said this many times, I don't think people out there realise how good these drones are. To back up my statement here (and you will see why now), I also have a flagship DJI Phantom 4 pro drone with a 1inch cmos, and sent both drones up. At the time I was wearing a tshirt with writing on, and the writing on my tshirt can clearly be made out with the autel evo nano plus drone, whilst with the DJI version, it was very fuzzy and lifeless, and as a result I now only every use my Autel drones (which are much quieter anyway and less than 249gms). So, I hope this experience helps a little, and thank you again to Lucy and all at Autelpilot for all you have done and your great deals too, especially Black Friday all in one mega bundles. Andrew

I recently purchased a Autel Drone pkg from Autelpilot and other than shipping notification went smoothly and couldn't have been better. I just purchased another product from their store because it went great with first purchase.

Avoid this company at all costs there advertising as a UK company. They have no UK support and the drones are fakes and poor build quality there customer support is non existent

Bought nano+ and found out underpowered and didn't have all of the functions claimed in the advertising (no dynamic tracking). Sent it back within 30 days for refund. It was tracked as delivered, had to email them after a week to ask where my refund was, they said they'd received the drone and refund would be paid within 3 days. 2 days later they claimed it hadn't been received. Ended up raising a dispute via PayPal as support just kept asking the same question over and over even though it had been answered several times. Eventually after 6 weeks PayPal found in my favour and they refunded the money. Wasn't impressed with the drone and their support is an absolute nightmare, avoid them at all costs. Bought a dji mini pro 3 instead and it's superb.

I ordered the new Autel Evo II Pro drone from AutelPilot, but the drone would not transmit any video. I knew the camera itself was working because it recorded to SD card, but even with updating apps, firmware, and everything else the image transmission wouldn't work (I knew it was defective, I've used a lot of drones). AutelPilot said to ship it back to a certain address with a tracking number, which I did via UPS less than a week after buying it, and the tracking confirms delivery. However, they started saying it was only shipped to a "loading dock" and that they could not confirm my return, even though I followed their instructions exactly and had proof. This is not an american company either-- the transaction shows up as a foreign charge and the service emails read more like chinese than english. It is now a month later and now I have no money and no drone, I am still in dispute with them over the return of the defective drone, making a complete nightmare situation from this awful dishonest company.

well I purchased the 6K why not and I must say it's my go to drone though I'm still learn it's Tops for me.....Thank you Autel
