I really enjoy my Evo 2 Pro 6 V2. My only issues was a bad battery to start but was corrected immediately and my other issues are I cannot see the screen using my phone outside. It is too dim for my old eyes so I bought the smart controller which was worth every penny to me. This extra purchase did not disappoint!!
Only complaint is software updates. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t. Please correct this.

This is my first Autel drone and I am very impressed!!! So far no issues

The drone I purchased (Autel Evo Lite+) has outperformed my expectations as a stable flier with great features and camera quality. I am giving 4/5 stars because I have had two occasions where the UAS has disconnected video feed from the remote viewer. It is only the video feed, as I can still control and land the UAS, but it requires a restart to reconnect video.

I pre-ordered an Autel nano drone on Dec.19, 2021 and it was a nightmare. I was asked to upgrade my order in April of 2022 because the drone I ordered was out of stock they had already shipped them all out even though I had pre-ordered so I had to upgrade to a higher price model that was in stock which was $150 more making my purchase over $800.

So I when received it a couple of weeks later it did not work the only three propellers would start up and it never got off the ground I ended up with a $800 paperweight and was really depressed and mad because of the time and money I had spent for this drone. I thought it was going to be great after having bought a previous Autel Evo drone that worked great and had no problems but this one turned out to be a nightmare and you can forget about trying to get a refund it’s not going to happen so I ended up trashing the whole thing and just taking the “L” because I was so frustrated.

Eric was my sales rep please look it up Dec 19, 2021 you will see everything I said is true.

Autelpilot.com agreed to refund my money and haven’t done it. They claim they are officially affiliated with Autel Robotics, however Autel Robotics denies this and calls AutelPilot.com a scam web site. So far they have stolen my money and refuse to give me a refund. They have acknowledged that they have my money and have not delivered the smart controller that I ordered.

I order Autel Evo Nano+ Premium Bundle on 5th January 2022, after waited a while the item still not yet ship and then I email and asked for it. Eric very patient reply and feedback my email and later I also email couple time asked for shipment and he also reply me with polite, then I decided just waiting it until on 28th February 2022 the item shipped and arrived very fast to my address on early of March 2020.

I had fly it couple time for took videos and photos, I enjoyed the drone very much. After 1 month and about 10 flights on around 24th April 2020 the drone failed to take off and cannot fly after I tried many times until the battery low and I email Autelpilot and tell them the problem once again Eric feedback my email immediately and later Lucy from Autelpilot also asked for some data as: flight log, my latest firmware, my drone S/N. After reply her email and she told me that time I just realized had new update for Autel Evo Aircraft V1.3.26 and I not yet update it and after I update my drone back to normal and can take off again today.

I pre ordered my nano premium bundle and it arrived Dec. 29th, 2021. I could never get my dron to pair with the controller. I tried to call Autel Robotics, but they took 2 weeks off at the first of the year for a Vegas show and closed their Washington offices disregarding any problems customers might have with their new drone. I finally emailed Autelpilot. Eric @ Autopilot worked with me for a few days in emails and he sent me a bin file which I pasted to my sd card. I booted up the drone for 10 minutes then paired the controller. Drone flew perfectly and all was good. Autelpilot did what Autel Robotics could not do and that was to make the customer satisfied with his product. For almost 2 weeks I tried to get help from Autel Robotics. Thank you Eric and Autelpilot- Great customer service here!

I ordered a Nano (Orange) from autelpilot.eu because they said they had the item in stock, and they shipped free from Germany within 24 hrs, with all Duty and Taxes paid.
3 Days after I placed the order I received an email saying the orange one wasn't in stock, but they could ship the grey immediately. I asked them where it would ship from, and they said China. When I asked about Duty and Taxes they said it wouldn't be very much extra to pay. I decided to cancel the order. They then offered to refund any Duty and Tax I paid, but by this time I had lost confidence in them so asked again to cancel the order. There were a few emails where they tried to get me to take the grey drone and they would not process the cancellation, so I opened a case with PayPal. They then emailed me to say they would not refund me until I close the PayPal case. I refused.
5 Days later during which they ignored my emails I finally have my refund.
They claims they make on their website about shipping and taxes were not true in my case.

UPDATE - Autelpilot have contacted me and asked me to remove this review. They have (either accidentally or deliberately) misunderstood every point I made.
For instance, they say they made it clear the item shipped from China in the order confirmation. My point is that their website claims all EU orders ship from Germany and only informing the customer that an item ships from China AFTER an order is placed is deceitful.

First, Autel EVO 2 is the best drone I have flown. I have a few various drones, however the EVO 2 is my go to, stable, capable, well built drone. Looks very cool also!!! I did receive one bad battery in my bundle, however the remaing batteries have worked extremely well. Other then the bad battery I am enjoying flying often with my son and know when I take the Autel EVO 2 for a fly, it will be a fun outing.

I bought a full set of Evo II low-noise propellers and they work great. They provide a little more lift and do reduce noise somewhat. But, it's not to a stealth level so don't think you can sneak up on someone. The only downside for me is that now I have to remove the rear pair to fit the aircraft in my hard case.

Great service, a necessary addition for the safety of the people. I would not touch a drone without propeller guards.
I have been asking Autel to beef up the joints to make it even more sturdier to protect the drone with minor crashes.

Purchased this product with the intent of live streaming Softball games to team parents, and this device exceeded every expectation! The final game I live-streamed was in 30-35mph steady winds and nobody watching had any indication of that. The device was so steady, provided awesome quality from about 100 yards away. Totally impressive.

Very speedy delivery- good value - I am new to Autel drones but very, very pleased. Solid and reliable with good features. I use Mavic and Evo interchangeably now.

I love it. It works perfect. I just needed it to be able to charge multiple batteries at once and it does exactly what I need. I had looked at the more expensive option originally but I am glad I went with this one instead.

OMG- The stress- Autelpilot has drones but they are unable to send them to Australia within a reasonable time- Therefore if you want to buy any Autel drones scout around in Perth or Townsville first before you look O/S- I will given Eric some credit they did provide a refund but I lost money with the currency conversion. I am very very disappointed!!

Order # 1005. Completion of frivolous people. I bought propellers for Autel Nano on the UK website. The parcel was to be delivered within the EU within 5-6 days. After paying, I received an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the order. It was only upon my additional inquiry that they informed me that the parts were not in stock in Europe. And the delivery can be minimum 15 days. I replied that it was impossible because it was an urgent matter and let them send them from a warehouse in China by courier to Poland as an equivalent for misleading the customer while shopping. They promised to ship the next day with the fastest courier company. As a result, they sent by ordinary postal, economic letter. That is the cheapest and the longest possible postal form. A shipment from China to Poland will take 15 to 30 days. And the whole problem cannot be solved anymore. This is an incredible company. It has rubbish information on the store page. Then he gives the wrong information. And all this for the high price of the propellers. In the original Autel store, the same propellers are $ 10, and they take £ 23, which is over 3 times that, and they still do that to customers. I will never buy anything there again and I will inform all my fellow drones to avoid this store. I also filed a complaint with Autel's headquarters.
Updated 02/18/2022. It is not true that the order was pre-sale. On Autelpilot.co.uk it was marked as available immediately, with delivery times of up to 5-6 days within the UK and EU. At the time I was informed that it was out of stock, the status was still the same on the website and it is still now.

An Autel Smart Controller for Series 2 was pre-ordered on 25 May 2021 and $1289.00 paid.
I emailed Autelpilot 6 times since July 2021. Initial replies were product was waiting to be produced. Last email was 15 Jan 2021: no reply. Another attempt to contact via their website contact page a week ago: no reply. Further attempt to contact them via 'chat' on their website today: no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you want to lose your money. Completely dishonest, disgraceful and unprofessional. Rating is actually Zero star.
