Delivery time is very long and that was…
Delivery time is very long and that was not made clear during the order process. Website says 24-48 hours for order processing and yet 17 days later I have not received my package and DPD says they have still not received it. Impossible to talk to someone I just get the bot who churns out standard answers.
Had I known delivery would take so long I would not have used Autodoc.

Ottima esperienza con il servizio clienti che si occupa dei clienti con "problemi". Devo ringraziare il Sig. Mariano che è riuscito di rimediare un problema logistico che non dipendeva da Autodoc. Sono un cliente vecchio con tanti ordini effettuati e ora, ero sul punto a dire ciao ciao Autodoc. Alla fine dopo tanti giorni e email scambiati tra Sig. Mariano e me, mi ha fatto cambiare idea e alla fine oltre che avevo ordinato altre due gomme su un altro sito è riuscito di farmi cambiare idea e di acquistare anche quelle due mancanti che sono arrivati molto in ritardo. Molto gentile insieme a tutto li staff che si occupa del reparto più impegnativo del azienda CONTATTO DIRETTO CON LE PERSONE. Devo dire che Autodoc ha assunto delle brave persone incluso Sig. Mariano che sono in grado di gestire tutti i problemi dei clienti. E una cosa quando parli con un opera per ottenere informazioni sui prodotti e un altra quando un operatore parla con un cliente arrabbiato. Come sempre, bravo Autodoc e in primis Sig. Mariano e mi auguro che non cambiate niente rispetto a ora in futuro. Grazie mille il vostro cliente Constantin Chius.

Delivery is very very slow with this…
Delivery is very very slow with this supplier - if you need parts for repairs for your car then their very poor logistics will mean a lot more time off the road. Even though I ordered from Autodoc Ireland, the parts are actually located in Eastern Europe. There are much faster suppliers in the UK and Europe with similar costs for parts!!!

Late delivery again and again
Not the first time, not the second, but everytime. Every order I made was late, one order was wrong, and parts were a mix of ok or a bit cheap looking. This time, the website said it would be here at my address in 3 days. Needless to say it is late, and still in transit so will 6 days minimum but probably 7 instead of stated 3 days delivery.

Parts were good value and delivered…
Parts were good value and delivered quickly enough...Unfortunatly PARTS WERE NOT CORRECT FIT!!!! And proves inefficent to pay for the return...Have used Aut-Doc before and have had very good experience..

Do not use this company I paid €17 for delivery the part took over two weeks to arrive and then it was the wrong part. started a return almost a week ago absolutely no communication from the company. despite the .ie address parts are shipped from Poland

Very poor customer service (resolved)
I ordered my parts on 23/2/26
Parcel was split, parcel 1 of 2 arrived 02/30/2026 parcel 2 of 2 never arrived, customer service is automated and it’s difficult to get in touch with an agent, agent assigns ticket /claim and you are left in the dark, I don’t know if I will be receiving a refund or if my parcel will arrive some day, I don’t know if I need to reorder. at this point 23/03/26 I’m giving up and I’ll buy locally, lesson learned! I won’t use this site again, Disappointed!!
