Brand new car leased for 3 months to travel Europe and Scandanavia. The transmission failed after 6 days and less than 1000 klm travelled! Renault advice could be months before new transmission is installed. Cant get answers let alone a replacement car despite having paid for it and having paid all accommodation for 3 months that I now can't get to!

Amazing experience! Will never do a normal car rental again if I'm in Europe for more than a few weeks. New car, awesome customer service, solid pricing, and no pressure tactics. Got picked up from the airport and was out and on the road in 10 minutes with my whole fam. Drop off was equally as seamless. Do it!

I have leased Renaults when visiting Europe a couple of times and I love the concept. It is great to be able to receive a brand new vehicle and have full insurance included. I far prefer this to renting a car on my trips. On a couple of occasions, some difficulties arose with my last lease, not with auto-tt, but rather with Renault. auto-tt advocated for me with Renault and I was happy with the outcomes.
Customer service provided by both Silvie Pirao and Domingo Leal was at all time understanding and courteous. I very much appreciate their outstanding service and I plan to continue using auto-tt for my car leasing services in Europe.

La experiencia fue muy positiva, el coche perfecto y el servicio de recogida al aeropuerto fue muy rápido además la persona que me atendió fue muy amable y me explico con mucho detenimiento el GPS y las funciones básicas del coche.

I signed up for a 102 day lease 11/21/2021 real early because of chip shortage. My pick up date was 5/25/2022 in Munich. So I was in contact now and then. 2 weeks out I had to contact them because they didn't contact me to pay. turns out they emailed an old customer with the same last name. (he did not have a contract) They send me a link to pay on 5/14
I paid. Got my receipt to bring for P/U/ It was in the name of the other person with all his info. I sent several emails over the weekend. Sent an email Mon afternoon that I didn't gat a reply to my emails.
A few hours I get an email from auto-tt and a form letter from Renault telling me they canceled my contract because of the chip shortage. They asked me to pay on Friday and canceled me on Monday.
I used Citroen for the last few years but this year I tried autott NEVER AGAIN.. I didn't mention We had reservations in 5 Countries that I will now loose $$$
My review is less than one star

A long time customer of Renault Eurodrive (15 years), I can assure you that these people go above and beyond. I had a huge problem with my Dacia Duster in Milano. The police stopped me and asked me what kind of license plate I had on my car. After explaining the mini-lease to the police officer, he asked me where I lived. I answered candidly that I lived in Italy. Followed a big explanation from the police on how European residents are not allowed to drive tax-free cars. I tried to explain that in fact I was an US resident, but they just kept saying that it was too late. All in all, the authorities blocked the car for three days - the time it took me to prove I was not a tax payer in Europe. Auto-tt immediately gave us a replacement vehicle without even asking Eurodrive assistance if my case was covered by our contract (which it wasn't). They helped us in any way they could with the police, the Italian customs, and made sure we were able to move around in a car the whole time at their own expense. Readily available, extremely professional, and pensioned by what they do, their team was absolutely amazing in every way. Thank you, Auto-tt!
