Avoid. Like others here I wish I had read the reviews first. They take your money, give you a false Royal Mail tracking number, and do not respond to messages when your item does not arrive.

Quality centre caps, look good on the car. There was a problem with delivery showing as pending but soon sorted when I sent an email, came the next day, very happy with my purchase.

I ordered on april 5th and their website confirmed the order had been placed but a week went by without any updates , i then sent a couple of emails and received no reply so initiated a chargeback and suprise suprise they suddenly got chatty when the bank had refunded my money asking why and i should of reached out to them if there was a problem..They claimed the items had already been sent out and provided me with a royal mail tracking number - dont be fooled as a legit tracking number can be purchased to be placed on goods without them being sent so as to look like the parcel is on its way. whether this company is a total scam or it is short on cash flow to fulfill its upcoming orders im not sure but its not a good look on something relatively simple as supplying centre caps.. Until they sort out their communication with customers as good as the centre caps might be i wouldnt bother and order elsewhere...

I order wheel centre caps, they never arrived and they have not replied to my emails. Do not purchase anything off them!

We ordered some new caps for my son’s car and although the delivery took longer than expected, they did arrive. I also received a reply to a message I sent via their website. The caps are great and my son is chuffed! I was worried when I read the other reviews but speak as you find and this company did deliver for us!

I of course found the reviews after I had paid for my order, I was so shocked when they arrived. Ordered in the Sunday and the shipping never changed but they arrived the following Thursday, so week and half. Items were good quality.
There seems to be more bad reviews than good, customer services seems non existent and never ever responded to my concerns of a scam.
Would I use again and risk them not turning up, I’m not sure.

Like everyone else I wish I looked here beforehand. Paid for my order and received tracking info. Which still states that Royal Mail are waiting for the order. That was over a week ago and I’ve had no replies to my emails. Have since started trying to get my money back from the bank.

If I could give zero stars, that would be my review score for this company.

Exactly as all other posts on here, placed order mid April, nothing from them. Emailed them last week and they actually replied stating, "if your order isn't with you by Tuesday, please let us know". So of course, Tuesday has come around and guess what, Royal Mail tracking info still states that they haven't received the parcel and all the seller has done is "created a label".

I too have requested a refund from the company which they haven't responded to, so will be contacting my bank to dispute the transaction.

They have no phone number no physical address which should have given the game away beforehand really.

I hope everyone who has been subject to what appears to be yet another scam, gets their money back.

Placed order at start of April, still nothing. Asked bank to get my money back, which they did. Total Scammers, take your money then nothing. BE AWARE.

Same as above no response or contact from them Stay Away!!!

I waited 3 weeks, wrote 2 emails, used their contact us form in their webpage 3 times, even pm on instagram. And nothing not a single response so i contacted my credit card provider and disputed the charge.

Guess who started to answer, the store they wrote that the noticed the chargeback, which was resolved from my bank and i was refunded.

They explained that it must have been som sort of troubles and my contact attempts eent direct to the junk mail.

Okey if my email went there, but the contact us form on their webpage to?

I decieded to give them the benefit of the doubt, and placed a new order.

They cancelled it an said that the chargeback is still active, I wrote back and explained that the chargeback is resolved already and thats why I placed a new order with a new payment?

Tried to place an order again also cancelled, and now where back on silent treatment.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE,

THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE AN ADRESS OR

PHONENUMBER.

Thats the 2 first red flags, which i unfortunately did not realize until after all the problems.

It is now 12 days since i ordered a set of wheel hubs - and 9 days since Autocapsolution.com withdrawed the money from my card.

Nothing happens - no shipping notification - nothing.

They dont answer the e-mails og Instagram message i wrote them.

I think this is a scam company - so dont buy from them.
