Order placed 9 days ago, shipping says Royal Mail 24hr however RM tracking says 'awaiting parcel' - feels like a scam, 2 emails not responded to over 5 day period. Will now need to contact back and claim fraud. Avoid avoid avoid!

İm still waiting for it if ı dont get it soon i will take legal action

I have ordered on the 24th of July. No answer to 3rd mail asking. Tracking avaible but royal mail still not received the item. Ordered from Hungary pay it in advance and no answer.

I will put this case on a higher authority for sure if it will not arrive by the end of this week.

Placed order on the 30/6/25 still not received sent 3 emails and no reply total shower of scammers ringing the bank tomorrow to get payment back charge would never touch these again

Order placed last week and tracking says it was dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24h.

Tracking info says still awaiting item from seller nearly a week later

I have tried to contact them without reply. Order number was 8576. I would not use them and will contact my credit card company as they are clearly a scam

3/4 star. I was worried when after the initial 48 hours the mail tracking still said waiting. I then read the reviews and was even more concerned. However, and not sure if prompted by a polite email request for an update, my parcel has been received and the product is great. Fits well and looks the part. Thank you

Order not received. Order placed 8th July and 48h Royal Mail tracking reference sent 13th July to say they await the item from Autocap solutions. To date absolutely nothing. I have tried to call them, no answer, email them no reply and their address is a self storage in Scotland. My only conclusion is it's a scam site or one with very poor customer service. Raised with credit card company as fraud and they are investigating for refund. UPDATE: 24/07. ORDER RECEIVED AFTER LEAVING NEGATIVE REVIEW. Shame as boxed well and good quality, just poor service that's all.

Have placed order over a week ago have not heard anything from Autocapsolutions have sent 2 e-mails and not heard anything wish I had seen reviews before placing order. Since leaving this review I received my order the very next day very happy with item.

I have received absolutely excellent service from Autocapsolutions. Having inadvertently ordered 4 packs of wheel caps for my Porsche 911 they queried whether I really wanted 4 and refunded me immediately for 3 packs. When the set arrived I realised I had ordered grey not silver caps but Nimer at Autocapsolutions immediately sent me the correct silver set at no cost and did not require return of the grey caps. I cannot thank Autocapsolutions enough for this exemplary service and have no hesitation in recommending them.

My order took over a week to arrive, but I must say I'm impressed with the quality, identical to my merc centre caps, I'm hoping they last, but the quality looks spot on

SCAM. Took my order and money and not sent item. No responses from emails or form on website. Royal mail tracking still saying waiting for item to dispatch to me a week later. Would NOT use. Avoid at all costs. No phone number or address avaliable and company not established. UPDATE: finally received correct order but think this was due to me harassing them and writing a negative review. Wouldn't recommend!

I understand the negative reviews. I was also skeptical at first because the package simply didn’t arrive. However, the support team always responded quickly and reliably, and they sent me additional packages free of charge.

After about seven weeks, the original package finally arrived. It had been held at customs the entire time.

You should be prepared for a long delivery time and expect to pay customs fees on top of the purchase price. In my case, living in Germany, I had to pay 15,73€.

The emblems are high quality and also look great.

Order was just received. Very good product. Fitted and looks superb. My Advice is to expect your order to take a while . Ordered on 03/May/2025 arrived 09/June/2025. My advice to the Owner of Autocapsolutions would be to offer tracking so that orders can be traced by purchasers it would remove some of the angst

Took them 4 working days to ship some centre caps I paid double price for in hope they’d be quick ship as stated. Then it was bank holiday. So it took almost 2 weeks to receive 4 centre caps. Emailed complaint and no reply. Avoid like the plague. Could’ve got them half price off eBay AND they’d have been shipped in a day.

My experience with Autocapsolutions was excellent. Ordered 2 different sets of wheel caps on a Monday, received tracking on the Thursday, tracking updated on the following Monday and was delivered the next day on the Tuesday. Very good wheel center caps at a good price.

Massive scam. Ordered on the 6th of may 2 weeks later still saying Royal Mail are expecting the parcel. They emailed me saying they will send out a replacement and nothing has happened save your money on people like this…..
