I ordered set of badges on the 6th of July if I’m not wrong, only got my order on the 19th of September. Very bad communication with support team, to get a reply I had to spam them with a lot of emails. If I was you I would avoid ordering anything from this „company”

Refund was expected but never yet honoured.

Ordered wheel caps on the 10 September , received them on the 13th September. Very quick delivery and would order again when needed

VW caps for Golf. Seem good quality and fit well. Reasonably priced. Very happy with this purchase

Similar to other reviews, ordered placed, money taken and two weeks later still no delivery, says with Royal Mail. I have sent two polite emails, no response. I do hope that my order is delivered soon, this is simply not fair. Avoid at all costs. If no order received or money returned I will not hesitate to take further action.

I Ordered Mercedes alloy caps from them. They sent me a tracking number straight away via Royal Mail and I received my caps within 10 working days.

I’ve read reviews saying that auto caps are scammers etc but I can confirm that they are not!

Along with all the other reviews on here their customer service is horrible, I’ve been waiting since August 6th for my caps to arrive. They are being shipped by an untracked service so i have no info on when I’ll receive my package. Seeing all these reviews made me realize this is probably a scam and I’ll never see the items. I’ve emailed 3 times no response. Do not order from auto cap solutions.

I placed the order for my VW Floating Centre hubcaps, 65mm, around 2 weeks ago. I took delivery of them yesterday and had them fitted to my Scirocco. They look absolutely perfect and genuinely wok without fail. I was skeptical because of the reviews but I just had patience with him. If people dig far enough on the internet they'll see a closed ETSY account with this company owners name with a lot of high reviews. For a few days it did say Royal Mail hadn't received the order from AutoCap but when I got the text/notification it was delivered the next day.

Ordered 2 items and only received 1, no word of the second item, and no response to emails that I’ve sent them at all.

I ordered a set of floating center caps for my Mercedes. The communication was a little delayed because of the time zone difference and the shipping was a little slow because it was shipped from the UK. The caps appear to be well made of quality materials and have some heft and weight to them. They fit and work perfectly after requiring a little effort to be pushed and popped into the wheels. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend them and purchase from the company again in the future.

Item not delivered, reached out numerous times and still no response. I have requested a charge back as it appears the company is not processing orders.

They are scamers! You will not receive the order because they make out the order is being sent by royal mail and never sent it. If your email them they do not answer your emails.
Another company that wants to rip off the general public.
