I was very pleased with the speed at which you responded to my purchase, the car paint was not the exact match, but by return post, my problem was solved, well done Dylan Wilson.

Order arrived very quickly, but an item missing. Contacted immediately and Dylan looked into it for me. The missing item was sent, along with a gift by way of apology.

This company have been amazing matching paint up to my 40 year old Cortina. Their coms online is great and keep you updated on when you should get your order. Also the quality of paint is amazing. I have tried a number of paint companies over the years for my classic cars and bikes and these guys are the best by a long way.

Excellent customer service. Ordered 2 touch up paints for our cars, one was an exact match the other wasn't. Sent an email stating this and after a couple questions and photos to confirm, a new paint was sent out immediately. The new paint was an exact match.

The paint arrived quickly but is nowhere near a match for the original. Two separate emails sent to them about it, and no acknowledgement whatsoever. Not a great service at all, and not one I'd ever recommend

I can't understand why my service doesn't match the other reviews here. I have sent two emails and not received a reply to either of them. I tried ringing the number on their website and it is not in service. Still no idea when I might see the paint I ordered.

Paint match 100%. Service 100%. What more can you ask?
Edit! Since this review I ordered another aerosol and other items for a different car. I was sent a completely different shade to my car so I emailed them asking if there was a mix up somewhere. I have now sent three emails (with photos) over the last couple of weeks and they have all been ignored. This is very annoying as auto paint emailed me asking to submit the first review. I replied that I had left a positive review and they emailed their thanks. Now there is an issue I’m being ignored. I will be buying my paint elsewhere from now on.

I had previously obtained some supposedly colour matched aerosol paint from another on-line supplier.
However, when received not only did the paint code not match the car data plate, but when applied it was totally the wrong shade despite being told it was correct and the codes were the same!
I then contacted Auto Car Paint UK late on a Sunday evening, via email, explaining my predicament and asking if they could help.
Dylan got back to me very quickly that evening (I wasn't expecting an email until Monday), confirmed the correct paint code and I received the paint and lacquer within 48hrs.
Not only was the paint considerably cheaper than from the first supplier, it was extremely well packaged which demonstrated a level of care and attention sadly missing elsewhere.
The paint was applied to the car and was an excellent match to the existing paint work.
In summary Auto Car Paint UK provided an outstanding level of service, delivered a quality product promptly and for a very competitive price and I will have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

I had a great experience with Autocar paint. As I made my order and not realising that the colour I picked was the wrong colour and my order was made up. I got in contact with the company and they confirmed the colour I needed and made the change to my order. I couldn't be an happier. What an excellent customer service. Cheers again Dylan.
I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends if they need car paint. If you have made any mistakes during setting your order up. Get in touch. They reply as soon as they can. They will keep you right. I'm well happy with the excellent service I received.
The quality of paint is excellent and for the touch up kit was a great price for paint,lacquer and primer.

Fantastic company, Dylan was so helpful and excellent communication. Mixed up a specialist limited edition colour for my gold alloys once I found the paint code and Dylan was able to help me purchase through the website.
