Fantastic service today,instantly answering of phone,clutch went in car,within 1hr from start to finish we were home within 2hrs.Cant thank-you enough,great company,highly recommend.

I gave it a 5 star because of how quick everything was sorted nice and simple

Everything was spot on. The call was answered promptly and I had a call back within 5 minutes informing me that someone would be with me within the hour which they were. The problem was resolved and then I received a further call to check if everything was ok. Fabulous service.

I have been with autohome for 30 years we have car recovery and my brother has power wheelchair recovery each time we have had to instigate either breakdown or recovery the service has been excellent both from the control room to the recovery personnel response times always excellent with staff keeping in touch to ensure all is ok.I would thoroughly recommend autohome

Communication from start to finish was spot on. Driver was very efficient and dropped the van exactly where I wanted it. No complaints whatsoever.

Whole experience was 1st class - very helpful and friendly lady who took my query and kept me posted re an estimate time for collection and then followed up afterwards to check all was ok. This was much appreciated. Gabriele was very helpful and friendly and i appreciated him driving car on and off truck. Seemed nothing was to much trouble. All round an excellent service. Thank you

Very quick and efficient service from ringing up, then 60 mins later all sorted from a lovely macinic

My call was answered immediately and spoke to Dan. He was friendly, reassuring, and helpful throughout. Dan rang me back within a few minutes to let me know that someone would be out within the hour. He kept me informed and when rescue was a little delayed in traffic- I got a call from Dan to let me know.
The roadside assistance gentleman was very efficient and helpful too.
I really appreciated the final call to check every thing had been resolved and that I was ok.

Great local breakdown service, when family were not on hand to help my elderly relative, Autohome attended the breakdown and in less than an hour had them at a local garage to address the issue. Big thank you to Dan and his colleagues at Autohome who regularly called in providing updates and reassurance in what was a stressful situation.

Dan was extremely efficient, helpful and obliging along with updating me.
Adrian also extremely helpful, the service between them both was above and beyond, 100% recommend, thank you both so much, greatly appreciated.

Dan was exceptional today, made life very easy for myself especially with my children with me, first thing he made sure of was that we was safe and not on the road. I was kept up to date with the whole recovery process, from picking my car up, to the location and drop off. Thank you Dan, and happy Halloween

Oh dear, my second breakdown in two / three weeks!! This time I had my 5 year old granddaughter in my car with me! (School pickup)
Imagine my anxiety and stress as turning on my engine there was no power!! I firstly called family to ensure my granddaughter was collected from me. Then dialled fantastic Autohome. A warm, friendly, helpful, professional response from John. He quickly established where I was.
When I asked if as part of recovery they could drop me at or near home before my car going to my preferred mechanic, John said he would talk to Able Assist. He did and negotiated that if it was needed that would happen. Amazing.

John kept me well informed and checked several times I was OK.

Able Assist were the partners who came again to rescue me. Chris then Ljke kept me informed. My wait wasn't bad considering the delays on the A45.
Luke arrived, explained everything to me. He actually got my car going. Battery problem!! He took time to explain everything in simple terms and waited until I was confident to drive home. He said to keep my engine running after short journeys. (The battery is the original to my car, 8 years old. Being changed today!)

You'll see two recent reviews ftom me now. Ive taken the time to write a review again because Autohome have been consistently amazing. So professional and reliable. As an older female safety is so important to me to have an amazing breakdown cover company is important.
John in the office was totally customer focused and had excellent Customer care skills.
Lauren also took a call from me in this event and was helpful too.
