Bryce was great in assisting me with refinancing my car. They offer a lot of additional services and products to add-on, but they are all optional. The rate was competitive and the process was not overly difficult.

I applied with AutoPay for an auto refinance. They told me I was approved and everything looked good. Three days later they called to say they could not approve me after all. By that point they had already done a hard credit pull, which dinged my credit score for nothing.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This whole process felt like a waste of time and a hit to my credit. Plenty of other lenders and credit unions handle auto refinancing without the bait-and-switch routine. AutoPay is not worth the frustration.

My loan specialist Joey Robinson kept me up to date on everything that was happening through the whole process of refinancing my car. He also did an amazing job answering all my questions and reviewing my paperwork with me so I could have a quick and easy time.

Great and painless experience. I was extremely worried about the refinancing process, but Lexy my advisor made everything a breeze and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Highly recommend!
