My experience with Avance consulting was nothing but good. The company approached me regarding Technical Project Manager role and guided me through the process. I would like to mention my recruiter Vrundavan Bhatt who explained me PAYE regulations for people working outside UK and how it affect Polish citizens. Although I did not receive the offer in the end, Avance was vary helpfull and proactive along the way.

My experience initially with the recruiter was good but later once the process is over they donot respond to emails nor text messages. Had bad experience with no feedback provided post the interview process.

I got my first opportunity in London working as a contractor by Avance Consulting.
As contracting was new to be they explained the process well enough to make it smooth for me.
