Not a good loan provider to go with pathetic service the comments are right it is a scam they sweet talk you give less interest to get people then increase interest like anything don't fell for it

I had a very bad Experience with this bank.
**DO NOT TAKE LOAN FROM THIS BANK IF YOU WANT PEACE IN YOUR LIFE**
they were very sweet before taking the loan, After the disbusment everything got change, I got Scam by them, Very cheap Fraud.
they charge 50-60k to approve your loan then your bad day starts.. I have so much to say but I can't Express my words here.. whoever reading my Review I request you Please BE AWARE OF THEM.
I can't explain how bad experience that was..nightmare
never answers your mail or calls.. make us to charge whatever they want, and never gives proper explaination..

1. I took the loan, process was too bad. they initially said they will provide loan and took docs and gave all hope and said your loan will be sanctioned in couple of days and BOOM they dont respond you for weeks and say's loan cant be sanctioned. Later i got the loan but they raised the interest rate a lot, for the sum I borrowed.

If you’re considering taking a loan from them, I strongly advise you to reconsider.

2. I want to foreclosure my loan. I worte them about this in 1st week of FEB asking for process and payment links. Their quick service hasn't responded me yet after 15 mails and too many phone call, and till 3rd week of March.

3. Also they have so many other charges which aren't even clearly mentioned in their document why its being charged, like whats a *document retrieving charge*?? why am I charged money for it.

4. I know everyone take loan due to lack of finance and to pursue their dream. Please try anyother bank or finances which doesn't charges you for every single thing.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST: DONT LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND SUFFER HERE

I have taken loan in Aug 2024, this is the worst bank ever.. they charge for everything. they forced me to take loan in higher amount and so did I. they deduct money un-nessary from your parent's acc and when you ask to refund they never do. they deduct money any time from your acc like 1200rs, 450rs, 2000 etc and then no reply.
when I took a lot My RM never told me about BPA amount and the worst thing is you will never get reply from this cheap bank and the employees have very bad attitude to not call you back or mail. when I took trasfer from my clg I informed them but they didn't pay my college's fee, after requesting 100th time. so what's the point of taking loan and paying interest? you will never get any mail or msg after your money deduction, for that I beg for 4 months continuesly , got ticket raised so many times but nothing happend, like can you imagine you are paying alot of interest and not even getting mail. I would request every student not to take laon from this bank.. it was such a nightmare to take laon, Please go for another bank.

I am Sumanth Alakanti of loan account number: HYDEE00998234 in avanse. I have paid processing fee for loan processing and sanction letter but I have not received any sanction letter due to some reasons I have cancelled my loan. But avanse team said me to send mail to cancel loan as well as refund my processing fee. I have send them as they said so that I will receive refund. But after cancellation of loan I have not receiving any response to mails or response from the team even I am texting them personally. It's been more than 40 days that are not responding. Please update regarding my processing fee refund. This is reason why I found avanse is not good for educational loan.

Worst company never answer your query uneducated staff.

I have received loan but the process until sanction was good later I faced lot of issue for sending that my university.

This is my 3rd year with Avanse, they are very poor at customer service you interest rate will keep raising very 6months.

I recommend not to take loan from Avanse as I’m facing lot of issue for repayment though I have money to repay them they don’t have proper customer service like I’m in abroad and you cannot contact them in any means, their what’s app sucks and also email forget about it you will never get response. And one payment you miss because of some technical error or fault from their end, you pay hell lot of fine.

So please don’t take loan from them go for national banks where they have physicals banks everywhere

Abroad Study Loan at Finger Tips - I found the process of entire loan application very robust and quick. The assigned people were great in behaviour and assisted in every possible steps. Thank you for all your assist.

Such a nonsense staff noboday responds properly I have taken loan in 2022 trying to contact them but nobody picks calls nothing i Dont even know the repayment method sometimes they us it will get automatically deducted from the account sometimes they even dont inform us the payment options. And then we will have to pay EMI with penalty such an horrible people and staff.

I really had a bad experience with avanve the made ran alot and took alot of time in each and every process after taking all the required documents still they you make you wait and make delay every time and they hide alot of things and tell you later when you are stuck with them there is a person sashi mishra in avanve jaipur branch who lied alot to me and gide alot of things and they tell you diffrent things and shiw different things on papers and when i got my education loan they start to take the psi before i was able to use the money totally bad experience and disappointed with the avance and their employees.

This is the worst experience now I'm facing entire loan history. I completely depend on education loan but the amount disbursement is not done yet. There is no response from avanse team.

It is not that great of an experience. Very delayed process. On every single stage there has to be verification from operations. Efficiency of communication is very very poor. If we need money at a short time line target, we will not we have get it. Need to plan before 3 months. But their website says loan disbursement in 3 days. I have applied for loan before Christmas 2024 now it is Feb 5th. Still i have not received cash to my India account.

Very bad experience lagging process and first they will say the interest rate was low and we provide better rate of interest but it is absolutely wrong I and my friends was experienced a lot. They not at all Care about your words and your urgency and also they will recover the money very much. If we call manager also they won't reply to the call or messages I was experienced a lot from the Avance🙏🙏🙏how they will tocher you after paying of processing fee.and the Avanse have charged me nearly 1,70,000 any other banks are not charging this much amount of insuranc.

Worst experience and the credit manager was rude and pathetic way of dealing with the customers

Very good experience with avance and very less documentation required

I have took a loan from Avanse two years back.
Currently my repayment is by auto debit from co borrowers account.
Last September 2024, after speaking with customer support, i have shared all documents required for swapping auto debit account from co borrowers to my account. As informed by the customer support team, i shared all documents to Bangalore branch. After a week when i enquired about the status they said that all documents to be send to Mumbai branch. As i have already submitted to Bangalore branch, they will contact Bangalore branch and take it forward. I have contacted the customer team more than 20 times in last few months and still my account swap is not completed. Even after completing nache request and all other requirements said by them. Now when I call to customer team, they are saying that still now they have not received any documents. I have to submit all documents again. I don’t know how careless are they. This is the worst service i have ever seen, even after explaining all the issues, they still say they are still working. Its been more than 5 months and still they are working. If i didn’t pay the eni for one month they will call me next day.
