AVA Parking Reviews 

We recently used this car park as a park and ride service. The guys that run the car park were brilliant, they were courteous, helping transfer bags from our car to the transfer car, the driver was a lovely warm and friendly chap and was at the port promptly on our return, again lifting the bags in and out of vehicles. MJ (the owner) text me the location of the car park for the return journey and to wish us a lovely holiday!! My car was ready to collect and drive away on our return. This is the best experience I have had and would highly recommend them.

Straightforward parking. 10 minutes from port and up to £40.00 cheaper than port parking.
Drove in, unloaded cases into their vehicle and off to port.
Return just as good. Phoned the company, 10 minutes later collected.
Excellent.

I had a nightmare of an arrival for our cruise, starting by not getting any telephone signal and satnav which resulted in me parking in the wrong car park. Having left the car park and barding the ship, I was called and asked by the car park controller if I was parking g with them. Upon confirming that I had indeed parked in the wrong car park, they sent a driver who collected the key, found my car and moved it to their facility. The service was particularly helpful as they managed the entire situation with amazing calm, assuring us they’d take care of everything. Twenty minutes later they confirmed they had located the car, had moved it to their facility and all was secure. This was definitely a case of going above and beyond in delivering their service. Exceptional service and one I’m not sure can be matched by the larger companies in the area. Thank you very much.

Second time using AVA parking and we cannot recommend them enough for value and service. Great location, walking distance for port. And the city is around the corner.
Will definitely be booking again.

Parked our vehicle at walls road Southampton. Parking was fine. But they charged us £30 there and back to the cruise terminal. For a ten minute ride which I think was very expensive. Shall not be using again. Julie

Easy to book, good communication and updates. Prompt pick up on our return even though disembarked earlier than expected, a text message to them and hey- they were there. Friendly staff to greet us and same on our return. Friendly drivers on the ride to and from terminal - definitely would recommend.

Couldn't fault the service from these guys! Very friendly and helpful when we arrived and I liked that you recieved text message updates! Short walk to the port would certainly use again thank you!

This was a very good experience all round, a car park co which offered better value than nearly every other parking venue in the area. Polite and efficient personnel, with good communication. It's approx a 10mins walk to Ocean terminal, poss quicker once you know the
route. Our only comment for improvement would be if they could improve the signage; a larger, clearer, sign would help with locating the car park once you are in visual range. Other than that, all good!

Great service from start to finish, they made the process so easy. We chose the park and ride option and it was all really well organised would definitely use again.

Great place to park, only a 10 minute walk to the terminal and meant that missed a lot of the traffic going into the terminal on the way there. They also gave us bottles of water upon our return, which was a lovely gesture, would definitely recommend

On our return from holiday I reported an issue we had with one of their service providers.
It was easy to contact customer services on the phone, the agent was really helpful and passed my concern to management.

perfect is how i want to start, first time on a cruise and heard loads of horror stories when it came to parking, not any more Southampton park and cruise what can i say, turned up staff was friendly and approachable, met us with a water and cold drinks for the kids, clean cars to take us to the terminal, on collection i called when in baggage claim and the driver was with us within 10mins, got back to where our car was parked and on our way in minutes great service

Excellent parking option and the staff were so efficient and friendly. We chose the walking option as literally 10 mins walk from the Ocean Cruise terminal. I called them when we returned and had exited the cruise terminal and they answered with my name saying that my car would be ready for me. They gave us water when we dropped the car off and when we collected. What a great service and would recommend to anyone departing Southampton on a cruise holiday.

Communication was excellent price was also very good. Drop-off was as fast as possible and drop off they were there within a few mins to get us. Staff were all very friendly and I would definitely recommend and use them again myself.

We booked with AVA parking for our cruise and they have been absolutely amazing. The location was just a short walk away from the ocean cruise terminal and the instructions for arrival and departure were very clear. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we were even given some bottles of water for our journey home. Thank you!
