They were amazing and so friendly, even gave us a bottle of water and car air freshener when we got back, thank you guys so much, so much cheaper than parking at the actual port, Harris was brilliant

Absolutely brilliant. We've previously used the cruise line arranged parking which was ok, but AVA parking was fantastic. No queuing at the terminal, just straight into the car park. Transfer to the cruise terminal was quick and pleasant. Car was washed for us when we picked up (it was filthy before so a huge thank you). Transfer back from the terminal was quick and easy. Will absolutely use again

We’ve just returned from Southampton. Parked with Ava cruise parking back of the walls.
Heard about being a scam company etc So was reluctant, but as we’d already paid thought we would give them a go.

Please DO NOT listen to anything bad about this company. Car park had locked gates behind the mecure hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly and were horrified when I showed them the poor reviews.
The guy told me they were checked by inspectors now and again etc etc
So please do not be afraid to park your car here

Even gave us all bottled water for our journey home. I will certainly use these again without hesitation
( oh and hosed my car down as well ) before we left for home.

Brilliant service from AVA Cruise & Ride. We parked the car and then had a really friendly taxi ride to our ship. Then gave us two bottles of water. Same on the way back.
Excellent service we will use again.

We booked for Southampton Cruise and Ride via AVA Parking. The location was very convenient, just a 10-15 minute walk to the cruise terminal. The guy in charge was expecially friendly and gave very helpful and clear instructions. Would recommend if you need somewhere to keep your car during a cruise holiday.

Very helpful and friendly right throughout the process. Easy to find with the details provided via email when booked. Staff welcomed us and gave us a lift to the Cruise Terminal. On collection they had the car prepared for us and ready to drive away. Very happy with the service and will be using again.

Very friendly and efficient process. Swiftly transported to Port and equally swiftly collected. Clean cars, bottles of water provided and gladly accepted. Would certainly use again and recommend, unlike our last Southampton experience where the car park had moved location and our booking agent omitted to tell us!

Absolutely fantastic service. Such lovely, friendly faces on arrival and pick up! The whole process was so smooth. The car park is only about 5-8 min walk so it was no problem and the pavements are smooth enough to wheel your cases. I messaged when we were having breakfast to say we would be about 45 mins and received a message straight back to say that was okay. When we got back to the car park we were all given a complimentary bottle of water which we really appreciated in the heat and a free car air freshener! But above all else, it’s the lovely chap who runs the car park that would make us book again! Thanks so much. 😊

My partner booked an Ava car park in Southampton not knowing that it was VERY far away from our ship port. He had our 5 month old baby with him when he parked up and the man who worked for AVA offered to arrange for a taxi to drop off my husband and our son at the port and wouldn’t take no for an answer! I can’t even explain how much easier this made the day for us. I was stood outside in the freezing wind with all of the bags at the port unable to move everything until they came back so I was soooo pleased when they arrived sooner than expected after being dropped off unexpectedly! I can’t recommend them enough, my husband said they even hosed the bird poo off the car as he was driving off! Absolutely fantastic service and lovely people, we would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again!

As soon as we approached our destination, we were greeted by a lot of friendly faces, everyone working at AVA were polite and professional. Our driver to the port was happy and chatty and the pick up on the return went so smoothly, another lovely driver. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks for the lovely air freshener.

Absolute fantastic service , so easy, the guys were friendly offered us free bottles of water on outward journey and also when we came back . I would defiantly use them again and would recommend them to anyone that wanted to park there car with them
