Excellent service, polite helpful and got to us very quickly on pick up

Highly recommended company. All went smoothly. Dropped car off. Immediate ride to the terminal. Same at the end of our cruise. Phonecall to say we were at the terminal. 5 minutes later, a car appeared to take us back to our car. All very smooth and professional. Very polite people.

This was our first time with AVA Parking, we booked a cruise and needed to park the car AVA Parking came up trumps, AVA Parking tried to contact us to establish our ETA but my phone was on Driving mode, on arrival at the car drop off we parked up and were taken swiftly to the drop off point we were given an explanation of what to do on our return, excellent service, we arrived back at port early and to a different location and on a Sunday none of which was a problem for the crew at AVA Parking they were even planning on giving the car a wash but we had arrived early

On arrival we were met immediately and taken to our destination at the cruise terminal. The driver explained the procedure for pick up after our holiday and everything went exactly to plan. For a small fee they even clean your car whilst you are away. I thoroughly recommend this Company.

I cannot recommend highly enough the service we received from Ava Southampton.
From dropping us off at the port to collecting us was prompt. Cars were clean.
The staff working there were professional and helpful especially when our car wouldn’t start and we had to call rescue service to assist.
They helped us find a coffee shop while we waited.
I would definitely recommend and will use this service again. 10/10

Ava parking were great..cheap and really close to port...made the process effortless and very personable. very professional .I booked twice by accident and I have to say they had 1 booking cancelled and money back on my card within a couple of days... no hassle ..very impressed will definitely be using again.

Fantastic service to and from Southampton Port. Couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Would absolutely recommend these Guys.

Absolutely excellent service. We were promptly met by the very friendly and polite team at the Liverpool cruise terminal and our car was taken for storage. We had very bad fog on our return and were late off the ship. The driver was so patient, professional helpful and understanding, it felt like it was no problem for him at all ( it must have caused some inconvenience).
We would definitely use this service again. Thank you.

Excellent service, dropped the family off at the cruise terminal, then drove to the parking area , only a couple of minutes drive, was meet by the staff was instructed me where to park, then gave me a free bottle of water, I walked back to the cruise terminal ( 10 minute walk) , super really easy, pick up was the same in reverse, with another bottle of water lol, ideal would fully recommend.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used this company and won’t look anywhere else now as the booking is easy, the staff friendly and the drop off pick up is smooth and reliable, with a bottle of water thrown in each for our onward journey! Highly recommended

We were met by very freindly, polite and professional staff, and could not have asked for anything to go smoother from pick up to drop off.
Also pick up from the ship was quick smooth and freindly and so helpful, would highly reccomend and will be using them for our 2025 cruise.

Very professional, efficient & friendly

We mistakenly left a bag in the car and the team went way out of their way to get it to us! They saved our holiday! The car park was easy to find and all the staff were very lovely and helpful! Couldn’t recommend enough!

What a nice experience we had when we booked our parking in Southampton. We were meet with friendly people at car park and taking to our ship it was easy and a pleasant.wil use again.

A very polite, easy, friendly and efficient service. We arrived with a warm welcome and taken straight to the cruise terminal which is just a 5 minute drive away and then dropped off right outside the terminal. We called as we disembarked at the end of our holiday and they were there to collect us within 5 minutes and taken straight to our car. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using Ava parking again.
