Excellent service from Ava Parking.
Friendly, professional, helpful and kind.
Great location for pick up and drop off for cruise terminal. All went as planned with great communication too.
Would definitely be using again.

Absolutely amazing safe secure greeted at the gate parking was easy driver friendly dropped us of right on the terminal gate as soon as we got off ship rang them and within 10 mins was called to say what vehicle he was in and where. He was helped with luggage dropped off back right next to the not moved car 100% recommended will definitely use every single time

5star parking got to say 💯 would never book anywhere else so easy ring just before getting there park your car they even give you a bottle of water , they are waiting to take you straight to the port, same on way back ring them they are there in 5 minutes pick you up drop you back to your car with a bottle of water which was well needed 🤩🤩

Excellent service. Met when we arrived and made welcome. Advised what to do on our return. Car waiting for us on our return. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use again as very near to cruise terminal if you want to walk but they do offer a meet and greet with pick up at the terminal.

We chose Ava parking to use for our important transfer to the port. The location of the car park is very close, therefore convenient to access cruising from Southampton. The staff were punctual in communicating with me on the return. He arrived in a short time. Ava car park is axactly as described. Excellent.

Booked Southampton park n cruise through AVA parking, used these guys last year as well, service was excellent. I will use this company for my next cruise. Stay Positive guys and keep on providing a brilliant service.

We were late booking our cruise and so the port parking wasn't available. We therefore used Ava and was a little concerned given the duration of leaving the car. We needn't have been worried though. We followed the process, rang 30 mins before our arrival and we were met, parked and then driven to the terminal and did exactly the same on return - so we had a quick get away as a result.
No need to leave our keys and all was as we left it
Friendly drivers though no waters as others have said lol :)

Seemed a good service went smoothly till we received £100 parking ticket for the period we were away.
Informed Ava who said it had been cancelled then got a red letter threatening debt collectors still waiting for them to send cancellation proof.
All very stressful will definitely not use again.
Just an update on above review. Ava have now sorted out the parking fine they're end

We were a bit concerned about not being able to use normal parking at port. These people were wonderful .Very helpful and gave us bottled water and the best samosas we have ever tasted when we dropped off the car.
We were concerned that the pick up might be difficult due to the number of passengers disembarking but the opposite was the case .
We were quickly driven back to our car and even given a bottle of water for our journey.
Nice people .Highly recommended.

Good welcome with a bottle of water. Very smooth transfer to the port and likewise for the collection.
Also reasonably priced.

We were a little bit stressed as never booked parking separately from a cruise so wasnt sure how far away we were booking but it was a hassle free experience,it was a 10 min drive in a taxi which they sort for you so you dont have to do anything. Just gave them a call when we got back and a taxi was there to pick us up in 10 mins, Staff really friendly and helpful would definitely use them again, even supplied us with bottles of water for our drive home

The AVA parking staff were really friendly and we enjoyed a great saving with only a few minutes walk to the cruise terminal. We will use you again.

We used Ava and their team in Southampton Port, everything they said they would do, they did and more, we followed the instructions on the confirmation from them, called before arriving they knew who we were from our number, it was busy when we arrived but they got us on our way to the port in a taxi and gave us a couple of bottles of water as we’d had a long journey to keep us going, when we arrived back we texted as instructed, then rang when we left the ship, again they knew who we were, they then arranged a taxi for us from the port, back to the car park, we never touched the luggage they transferred it form Taxi to Car, great great service, the premises are not the most modern or flash but their service and attention to customer service is second to none.

The team were really friendly. We left our car and they provided a taxi service to Southampton Port. All really smooth. Coming back there were 3 ships in at the same time. We were held back getting off the ship as Southampton Port was in chaos. However AVA miraculously managed to get a driver to us amid the chaos a deliver us back to the original drop of point and our car. We were waiting about 15 mins which was pretty amazing!! Thank you. Definitely recommend

Great service, particularly liked the fact that the car was brought back to be collected from the short stay car park which is a short walk from the ship. All staff were extremely polite & courteous too which is becoming a rare commodity nowadays.
