Superb, took some time to find but that’s typically us! Great people very friendly, dropped car off and was taken quickly by taxi to port, on return we received a text saying that our car was waiting in port car park, brilliant as we expected to have to wait for return taxi! Highly recommended

Excellent service good price, very helpful staff tool my case from the car put on the taxi and same when we arrived at the ship. On return I called to say we were ready to be collected and they knew my name and the driver was already at the port. I would highly recommend this company for parking at Southampton port

Excellent service. Within 30 minutes of leaving the ship we were on the road out of Southampton. Fast pick up and friendly service . Will definitely use on our next cruise!

first time using AVA parking and will be using them again. Great directions, water and samosa waiting for us. We were at the ship within 20 minutes.. when we arrived back into southampton rang them and they came within 5 minutes. great service

Very smooth and efficient, exactly as advertised.

I left my car for 10 days with the friendly Southampton Team who offer tremendous customer service.
I got lost on arrival (not the best satnav!) but I was collected personal from around the corner and was on the dock within 20 mins.
On my return, I was back with my car within 15 mins, complete with refreshments and driving home.
Great job guys!

Friendly staff and helpful. Car was ready to go when we arrived back from cruise. Would use them again and would recommend this service. We had been let down for the second time by Looking 4 Parking. Do not book with this company. AVA are reliable. Book with SVA.

Brilliant service from start to finish, they sent a link the night before with easy directions. When we returned we only had to wait 2 minutes they even offered us water and snacks

Great service from the guys at AVA parking, didn't know what to expect when I booked, but they were brilliant from drop off to collection. Prompt and speedy response on the phone and had me dropped off and collected very quickly indeed. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. If you want a fast, efficient and friendly service, give them a go.

Easy to book on website. Competitive prices. Given clear instructions on how to find the parking compound. Excellent location to Southampton cruise terminal and the driver who took us and collected us was very friendly. Was given a bottle of water each for homeward journey. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Easy to book on their website. You are sent a link to lead you their yard where you are given a bottle of water & a samosa. A 5 minute journey to the terminal follows. On return the procedure is reversed, including the samosa! Helpful, friendly staff.
Would use again.....

Excellent service from AVA Parking in Southampton

We left our car in their safe hands during a 2 week cruise and the service was very smooth, both at drop off and pick.

We booked the meet and greet service which was perfect. On arrival at the cruise terminal someone met us and took the car away.
The. On our return we called AVA 30 mins before pickup and they were there with the car.

Very happy to recommend them.

Very easy booking procedure and very competitively priced.
When we arrived staff were very friendly and we had chosen to walk to port, they directed us the quickest route. Only took us about 10 mins.
When we returned car was waiting at the entrance and we were both given a free cool bottle of water for our journey.
Would definitely recommend it.

Really easy to book on line. Clear directions to drop off point and quick transfer to cruise terminal. A call on return to AVA when cruise finished. A freindly driver was there to transfer us back to the car. Help was given to load car with luggage and a bottle of water for journey home. Very freindly service. Would recommend and will use again.
