By far the easiest holiday transfer ever! Competitive rates, super efficient and super friendly, just a few minutes free transfer from the car park to the ship. Who could ask for more?! Highly recommended.

My wife booked parking at Southampton port but made a mistake on the pick up date by one day too short. We rang immediately and Sophie sorted it out with no issues. Great service

Straight forward booking procedure-no need to download apps and such like. Made very welcome when we arrived after following directions provided by AVA. Quick transfer to terminal in comfortable shuttle minibus. On return journey contacted AVA after arriving at Cruise Line Terminal. AVA vehicle with friendly driver quickly arrived and we made no fuss transfer back to car park. My car was waiting when I arrived. Staff helped to load car with luggage and even provided a welcome snack and bottle of water. Set off home within a few minutes of picking up car. Couldn’t ask for a better service

Very close to the port if travelling on a cruise. Excellent value for money. Very secure with 24 hour surveillance. The drivers were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. They handled our heavy cases. Pick up and drop off was prompt and smooth. Would highly recommend . Will definitely use them again

Used Southampton park and cruise via Ava parking .found the car park easily because of good directions .meet guy at entrance polite and showed me where to park .problem came when he asked for my keys I had the understanding that I would keep my keys .he explained that he needed to be able to move cars around .so I left the keys .on my return my car was ready to pick up and leave .overall I was very happy with the parking and would recommend them .if I need parking in Southampton for a cruise again I would use this company .cheers

Went on a cruise from Southampton. Booked AVA parking online. Easy to book and immediate email confirmation received. On the day follow the clearly detailed and simple process .., call them .. the super friendly team meet you at car park, help with parking, arrange prompt private transfer straight to the terminal (3-5 mins away). On return call, private transfer calls you.. turns up at terminal and takes you to your car park! Easy and superb service. Will use again. They Even provided water bottles and snack! 😀

Booked just the normal parking but we were running late on the day of our cruise due to traffic and hold ups. I called and Sophie was so helpful and helped me to upgrade to meet and greet so we wouldn’t be late for our cruise. The guys who collected car and the team on the phone were brilliant and good at keeping In touch. Car was brought back to us right in front of cruise terminal on our return even with a bottle of water for our trip home. Can’t recommend enough. Thanks to all at AVA parking

When we arrived we parked up and got a mini bus straight to the terminal, also when we got back to the port the mini bus was already waiting for us. The lads at the car park were really helpful and understanding. Would definitely use again!

We used AVA parking at Southampton with Southampton Park and Cruise, Behind the Walls car park.
The service was excellent and the staff very friendly and polite.
No delays and the drop off and after cruise pick up were as per the detailed instructions.

Excellent communication prior to my holiday. Adam was very accommodating and supportive. Very close to the port if you’re travelling on a cruise. Drivers were very respectful and helpful. Prompt pick up and my car kept safe. 24 hours a day with security. Highly recommend this company. Excellent value for money with a sweat, friendly smile included for free.

Lovely people, friendly and reliable. Good communication with regards to pick up times etc. Will definitely use again and recommend. Much better than waiting for large coaches to fill up with multiple drop offs.

Booked parking with ava for our first cruise, the service was 5 star could not do enough for us no waiting about they where there to take and pick us straight up cery friendly and good looking staff cery pleasing

Such an efficient friendly team, seamless transfer to the ship. The driver handled our heavy cases at the beginning and end of our cruise. When we disembarked we phoned and the driver was with us within 20 minutes, took us back to our car and loaded the cases into our boot. Delighted with the service, we received and will definitely use Ava parking again.
