Easy to book on line with a good price. Received by email all documents needed including direcrions and post code. 2 days prior received reminder and clarifercation of car park.
On the day I arrived with car and within one minute was on my way to the port by them and picked up on The return to UK.

It was great from start to finished checking the internet for car parking at southampton port.
The first call was make late evening. A gentle voice pick up the phone call and explain to me, if you can ring back in the morning for more information.
Which I did the following morning, the person then explain and answer all my qiestion.
I go straight a head and booked it on the web site.
I got an email back confirm of my booking.
The morning of droping off the my veichle. The direction to the address was easy to find using the post code on the email. Meet and greet was welcome, take my luggage. Car was left with my key. Then leave for our holiday with the P & O cruises.
Pick up my car. Car was there waiting for Me.

They were really helpful and friendly, always answered the phone and were clear about what to do. I had to wait for the driver when I parked the car but that was because I chose to avoid the lengthy luggage drop-off queue and go straight to the short stay car park. The driver was waiting with my car in the short stay car park when I left the cruise terminal.

I was worried about booking “non official” cruise parking with so much in the news about shonky car park operators, but I had no choice as everywhere else was full at last minute.

These guys were great. Super responsive on email with answers to questions I asked about location etc before booking. Really friendly when speaking on the phone too to arrange my collection. Good price and a fair price for the parking.

I dropped off on the Saturday afternoon and picked up the week later and my car was all ready and waiting. I had a tracker in both my car and on my keys as I was nervous and there were no issues.
Would use again.

The team at AVA parking were tremendous and really looked after us, from ensuring we got to our ship, to getting us back to our car after our cruise.
They were so helpful, and worked to our schedule in picking us up early from the ship.

Excellent customer service and communication. Gave us all the information we needed for a smooth experience. Went the extra mile too - we sheepishly asked if they could remove a food item we accidentally left in our vehicle, and they were kind enough to do so!

We used Avaparking at Southampton Port while we have been on a weeks cruise. They were excellent. Easy to book and when we arrived at the car park they were extremely helpful and polite. They transferred us to the ship within minutes of arriving at the car park and picked us up just as quickly. Will definitely use them again. Thanks to them all.
