‼️Buyer Beware‼️ Fraud Company
Ordered a custom ring on their website. Took 40 days and received it but the carat size was different. They said they couldn’t make it as I wanted and decided to send it to me on a different size. They are refusing to refund my money even though they delivered a ring I didn’t order. Never do business with this company.
Update: after reading their response, I want to respond. They said “ The ring was delivered with a smaller carat stone than requested because the specific design you selected cannot structurally support a larger stone—a limitation we explained during our correspondence.”. I placed an order and 40 days later, after the ring was delivered, they admitted they should have told me up front the ring I ordered, couldn’t have been made. They never told me they couldn’t deliver the ring I ordered. Never. So they chose to send me a ring with a different carat size on their own. They delivered a ring I didn’t order. Beware- you will not get the custom piece you’re allowed to order on their website. They will ship you something else because they think they know best with zero communication.

Difficult to reach customer care
I never received my order. I got a delivery notification from Awareness Avenue and Canada post, but there was no package at my community mailbox. The post office searched for it and told me it could not be found and to open a claim. I cannot myself make a claim as the recipient, the sender must do it and only the sender can be reimbursed. I sent 3 emails to their support email since Dec 26 and received no response. Thank god i only bout 93$ earrings and nothing more expensive. I am hoping to get a response from them here, as I do not know what else to do. Order #269319
Edit: Following my review here, they have contacted me and have resent my order and communication was good. I am not sure why my first 3 emails were not received or replied to, but exposing my issue here has helped resolve my issue

Such a relief
My fiancé purchased my engagement ring roughly a year before proposing. He did not have any info on the order, just the ring box with Awareness Ave engraved. I contacted the website from my own email and explained that after washing my hand and putting my ring on, a small diamond had fallen out, which i found on the bathroom floor by some miracle. I was purposed to on the 12.23.24 and lost the diamond on 1.7.25. I was prepared to take it to a jeweler but reached out to Awareness and they reponsed within a few hours. I was able to give them my idiot's name, address, ring type, rough order time line, and they found the order. They issued a replacement to be sent out, which was a just a few ours ago before I wrote this. I get to keep my original, which I will still fix because I want the original my honey gave me, but I love that they are replacing a product I did nothing to to ruin. I wanted this man stuck to me for life and I wanted his damn ring so I took care of it. Which lasted two weeks, story of my life. Thank you so much for you help, would buy a ring from her again.
