Beautiful bottle! Very sturdy and great design. Had some delays in getting it but their customer service was really great and even offering me a new shipment or refund if I didn’t receive it at all. Very happy customer

I ordered the travel bottle and it’s beautiful. My order took a while to arrive, so contacted customer service to ask about the latest status. I revived an answer in less than 12 hours and they immediately offered to re- ship or refund me in case it would not arrive in the next few days. Luckily, the bottle arrived so they did not have to do it. But I really appreciate that they would offer it and the quick response.

El pedido tardo exactamente 15 días en llegar a mi domicilio, para que más o menos puedan calcular; la estimación de la fecha que te asignan en la página no es correcta.

Ich habe eine gemischte Erfahrung mit Awesome Maps gemacht. Die Produkte, wie die Bucket-List-Karte und das Handtuch, sind von guter Qualität und sehr kreativ gestaltet. Der Kundenservice war schnell und hilfreich, was beruhigend war, besonders als es Probleme mit der Lieferung gab. Allerdings war die Verfolgung der Bestellung nicht aktuell, was stressig war, und es gab Überraschungen bei den Kosten durch versteckte Wechselkursgebühren. Alles in allem ist es eine tolle Geschenkidee, aber es gibt Raum für Verbesserungen in der Transparenz und Lieferung.

Firstly, 2 stretched canvas maps were delivered in a timely manner to NZ. However, I made a big bloomer by asking for these prints to be delivered to New Zealand so that I could festive wrap one and send back to England as a gift. To do this I was being quoted in excess of NZ$ 300 (GB£ 140) by local NZ couriers. Awesome Maps were understanding and offered to send another to a UK address at a reduced price. Absolutely delighted with their understanding and with the quality of the product. It now means that I have one for myself to plan my own travels!! There is good cheer at Christmas, after all!!

I received my Dive Map towel today and I am very pleased with the quality and art work. To those who have complained about the time to receive the product, please keep in mind that this product is coming from overseas and has to go through customs, which is a lengthy process. Please be patient. Your item will come and it will be worth the wait. Mine took three weeks.

Very easy to order and customer support is very kind and helpful. The shipment is longer than stated during the order, but arrived perfectly packed.

This is a fake company. Ordered towel and no towel, no answer, no money back. Disappointment. Will report on this company in all possible channels.

The bucket list map arrived today! Beautifully made it includes a lot of interesting facts about each country! I’m sure my niece will get lots of fun interacting with this map!

I absolutely love my water bottles. The bottle and lid are solid quality and the stickers seem like they will last a long time. The company contacted me and was very responsive with my questions. I would be happy to order from them again.

Finally got the map and towel. I was a little concerned at first because the tracking of my delivery was never up to date so I thought it might not come but it did! During my wait the replies from customer service was quick and informative so it made me feel better. The quality of the products are good and my hubby loved it! I would recommend this as a great gift for the diver in your life🤿

Well, so far l haven’t received my order of two towels, but have just placed it … but was very surprised to see the amount of money that came out of my account! Like one of the other reviews, l didn’t realise you are an overseas company and l presume my unexpected cost increase is because of the exchange rate of the Australian dollar?? I think it would be ethical (perhaps not business-savvy) to make it very clear that exchange rates will apply to the total amount. My emailed receipt still states the Australian dollar amount, which is very misleading.
These towels (for gifts) better be worth it!!!!
Also, l added 10% for the artists - so am trusting they receive that at US dollar rates, not Australian.
