Great service. Easy to use.

We hired a pushchair for a week and it was perfect for what we needed. In excellent condition with all the parts included, returns were easy to sort and great value for money.
It did arrive one day later than the requested delivery date so do follow the advice to select a date earlier than you need it.

We didn’t get off to a great start, however I truly beleive that a great business reveals its true character not by avoiding errors, but by how openly it fixes them and takes responsibility. The issue was dealt with compassionately, quickly and therefore j would 100% recommend!

An absolutely brilliant service! Quality and cleanliness of pram was 10/10 and the whole experience was so smooth. Delivery was so speedy, the returns process was also dreamy! When I had an issue with Royal Mail, the people at Baboodle were quick to answer my query and put my mind at ease. Will definitely be using again very soon. Thanks so much.

Excellent way to try an expensive product before you buy

We hired a Joolz AER 2 travel pram for a holiday. Parcel arrived really well packaged and with clear instructions for how to assemble and return. We found the whole experience with Baboodle from start to finish absolute fantastic. They were responsive, provided clear communication and made every step incredibly easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend absolutely five star business!

Great service to rent a travel pram (Joolz Aer+) for a trip, was quick and easy to use the website. Very helpful to have the pram delivered to home and it came earlier than expected. The pram itself was ok, good for a short trip and suitable for overhead luggage. It doesn’t take the weight of a change bag without the baby in it ( i.e it will tip over) and it can feel a little bit flimsy but overall worthwhile to have a lighter weight pram for travelling.

2nd time renting for a short trip and a seamless process, with a brand new pram dispatched from supplier. Brilliant idea, easy to organise and return and stops the unnecessary clutter and cost of a purchase that will only use for short periods. Planning a 3rd booking already as the joolz aer pram is just perfect for travel.

Great costumer service. I always receive fast and personal email responses from them. I’m renting a bedside bassinet and I rented a lighter stroller for a quick trip. Both were good quality. Highly recommend.

Really easy process, pricing felt fair. We needed a newborn travel pram and renting for a few months seemed like a sensible choice. Return was much easier than I thought it would be. No complaints at all and I will definitely use again.

I didn't even know there was a service like this before I need it, had to do some research when my sister and her little one stayed at my house to visit London for a week (first time for my little niece) and I didn't have a cot for the baby to sleep, this rental business saved my day, although I would suggest for them to clearly specify de size of mattress for us to arrange (buy) mattress fitted sheet. But such a great overall experience, and what an amazing idea renting baby stuff for a couple of days and return it when you no longer need it, plus you help preventing waste hence saving the environment unnecessary waste.

I am a returning customer, and what an unbelievable service this is. Easy to order and navigate, delivered on time and in perfect condition. The returns process was seamless. I cannot fault this service. Everyone needs to use this company! Makes a stressful parenting life that bit easier (and cheaper!)

The pram was in good condition and I feel value for money for the month. I ordered the pram 4 months before but had to chase about when delivery was coming as there was little communication ….it came a day later which was ok. Arranging collection was easy… there was a mix up with taking payment for another month but that was dealt with quickly. The staff answer emails quickly and customer service is good. I would use them again for other items if needed.
