We were given the George eco Changing Backpack Grey for our little one. In the beginning I was very happy with it. It is well designed, has all the pockets I needed to keep everything organised, and worked great. However, in less than 2 years the carry strap, then one of the shoulder straps completely broke. The stitching came undone and rendered the backpack useless.

I like to think we are gentle to average users. We definitely did not abuse this bag as after almost two years it still looks good. But given the cost of this bag, I would have expected more from the product. We would have been better off purchasing a 'regular' backpack, which from my experience lasts 4+ years.

I am sorry to leave this review, as the bag served us well when it worked, and generally looks good even after 2 years. But unfortunately when it did start to show any sign of age it quickly became unusable, well before the time it should have.

Second bag I have purchased from babymel and I have been in love with both! Always has discount codes, communication is great, delivery is fast! Cannot fault them :)

The bag is just a lot smaller than I thought it was, the contact from the store has been brilliant just not at all what I expected.

Requested by my daughter as a gift. It will be used for my new grandson then as her Doctor’s bag when she returns to work.

I had been researching for a while for our next baby changing bag and knew I wanted the backpack style. After a lot of searches, Babymel kept popping up with the most gorgeous styles and the price range I was looking for. So I decided to go for it!
What spurred me to purchase was a trip to Center Parcs; our existing changing bag had a broken zip (which broke a few times!) Of course leaving ordering to the last minute (I also didn't qualify for next day delivery) I emailed Babymel to see if my order could be expedited, being more than happy to pay extra.
Lisa Collins the Customer Experience Manager displayed the utmost excellent of services I cannot thank her enough for not only responding so quickly, but getting the bag to me in ample time for the trip like it was no effort at all. Such personable and quality customer service nowadays is rare, and for that I am even more grateful for Lisa's actions.

I would highly highly recommend Babymel for it's fabulous products and customer experience!

We wanted a fun but relatively inexpensive rucksack for a 7yo. Thus was a great solution and came promptly. Seems to be well made.

We bought the smaller size initially but those are very small, and the rucksack for older kids is rather large. So constructive feedback might be to offer a size in-between for kids who have quite a few bits to carry on field trips etc, but not yet the shoulders of a ten year old to carry them on.

Great bag, practical.

Great choice of nappy/baby bags.... just the styles I was looking for and they even delivered it to me overseas at no extra cost - not even much larger companies offered this and either wouldn't deliver to me at all or would only do so with extortionate delivery costs. I really like the Lola Backpack and Amber Stroller Organsier. Both are very lightweight but offer a lot of storage space. And they look so good.

Bag is spacious and it feels like it will last. Straps are very comfortable and the little pocket for phone and keys particularly handy.

Really happy with my purchase. The item was great value and my son loves it.
Good dispatch and delivery time too.
