Horrible company they do not answer the phones, call you back or respond to emails. This company is non existent.

Order confirmed transaction went against credit card but no delivery and card charges are still pending. No response to communication attempts. Physical location of store is available for lease...nearby shop owners state that Baby's Den is out of business. Online store should not be processing orders or making transactions against payment methods.

I placed my order on the 6th of April 2021 and the item was shipped (theoretically) on the 7th. UPSP says the order's status "Package Acceptance Pending" since then (today is the 26th). I have tried multiple time to call the The Baby's Den's customer service with no luck (even leaving voice messages). Only 2 times they picked up the phone but they hung up right away. I also sent 2 emails and nothing. At this point I don't know what else to do. Definitely a really bad customer experience

I placed an order and never received the item!!! I tried reaching out numerous times and nobody picked up! So upsetting. I needed this product for when I have a baby and I was left scrambling last minute trying to find it elsewhere.

Fast shipping, perfect product and a reasonable price. All around happy customer.

This company is terrible - no response to calls or emails to customer service. They took my money and no idea if or when I will get my products. I'm out $580 and am working with my bank to dispute the charges.

I never received the item I ordered. A FedEx label was created, but the package never left the facility. I have repeatedly contacted the company for help and received no replies. I am angry about the service I received.

2 weeks have passed since I made my purchase and I have never received any information about the delivery or the status of my product, I have written 3 emails asking about my purchase and they have never responded .. it is a lack of respect and seriousness ..

I’ve not received my order. No response to my email and PayPal can’t cancel the transaction until after 30days. I should have read other people’s reviews before ordering from this company

Item not sent two weeks after ordered and no updates re delays. Also, cannot reach customer service after repeated email and phone messages. I would not recommend using this company

I ordered two bugaboo wheels, received the order confirmation but never received the wheels! No email updating me in the status but I get an emails asking for a review of my recent purchase. Seriously?

I ordered a product that was listed as available and in stock, about two weeks ago and to date have not received any updates as to shipping or tracking information. I have repeatedly called and sent emails to the listed numbers and departments without any response. Looked them up on BBB that lists numerous similar complaints. They do not have a functioning method for customers to contact them. I will be disputing my CC charge and registering a complaint with BBB.

Awful. Didn’t get item and no response from them. Do not order from this place.

Order is never shipped. The charge was withdrawn from my card without notice. Will never shop here anymore.

Sure, I'll do this review too..... So it's been 3+ weeks, no $350 car seat, no response to multiple emails or voice messages, no one answers the phone. I'm done. Time to call the bank and report fraud. Time to contact the BBB.
