I would leave a zero star if I could. I ordered since August a double stroller & car seat plus toddler extension stand they took my money & i never received my order I called them 100 times I left voicemails I emailed them several times no response I do not think this place is in business any longer but still accepts orders, it’s a scam honestly DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!!!!

Order my stroller, they took the money for 3 days then sent it back to my account. Called no answer. Emailed no answer. Even went to the Brooklyn location just to find out they are only online now. Disappointed isn’t even the word.

Never received my order and when I followed up I received no response

Worst experience ever i ordered something and it never arrived tried calling, emailing, left a voice-mail no one ever got back to me and I never received the product.

This site is a scam. Do not order from it.

I never got my order. I don’t think this place is open any longer but still accepts online orders

Store closed. No item received. No communication on store going out of business. Took 30 days for a refund from my bank.

Literally the worst customer service (or lack of) I have ever received o would NEVER shop here again.

I asked for support with an item for months and received no reply.

I placed an order for a dockatot cover item. I was then emailed that the item was actually not available and given a list of substitute choices. I was okay and accommodating to this and made another choice.
The item took over a month to ship out, and when I received it, it was a plain white cover. I emailed them to let them know and ask for a return and refund and they have been ignoring this request for over 3 months now.
Extremely poor inventory control, logistics management, and most of all customer service.

Never received my order and emails not going through.

Charged a lot of money for a stroller never shipped. Had to dispute the charge, VISA tool money from the store account and returned to me.
SAVE YOUR TIME DON'T BUY HERE

The store is almost impossible to reach by phone. There is never anyone to answer the phone and I never received a call back when I left a message. Then I emailed and got one response a long time after my email saying I would receive a confirmation because the product I bought was not in stock even though it was listed as in stock. Then days later and still never received a confirmation. Very dissatisfied in this company and will not be returning as a customer.

I have not received these items... almost three months. So disappointed!
