They took my money and never shipped any product! I’m still fighting to get money back. Stay away!!!!!

Never received my order and calls to them went unanswered. Do not order from them. Save your money.

Ignored several emails and never sent what I ordered.

I never received my order. I emailed & got no response. I called and no one answered.

Horrible. Placed an order months ago. Never received order nor a refund. Left several voicemails and emails with no return response.

I tried to return the product and no one returned my calls or emails! I finally drove to your address and found the store permanently closed!

Do not purchase anything from here. I returned my order and never received a refund. I called and no one picks up. I went to the store and it’s closed. I emailed them at least 10 times no communication at all. Horrible!

I ordered a crib back in December. I have not received the crib, and have received NO updates regarding status, backorder etc. I have attempted to contact The Baby's Den by phone and email and have received no response to either. Outreach has included cancellation of this order since I am not confident this crib will be delivered. I would appreciate an update from The Baby's Den. This has been frustrating....

This place is incredibly scammy. Had to go through Paypal to get my money back after never recieving the product

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered a Medela breast pump from them and their site offered three day shipping, which was great since our other one broke suddenly. The package never even shipped. I tried calling countless times with no answer and sent several emails inquiring as to the status, never hearing back once. Thank God I payed with PayPal because I had to file a dispute through them. I finally got my money back but never received an apology or reason for what happened. Never, ever buy from them online!!!!!

I placed an order back in November of 2021 ans never received my order i sent out an email and no response TWICE!😡 and called and left a message and nothing as well horrible experience they obviously dont care about their customers never ordering from bere again

My item never arrived. Called The Baby’s Den several times for a few weeks and gave up. Left several messages and emails but no reply.

This website is horrible!!! I would not ever recommend it to anyone!! I placed a purchase, never received my order after months!! And then when I email your company to actually inquire about where the hell my stuff is I paid for or get a refund, it’s literally crickets! Nothing! No response, nothing! And then your company has the audacity to ask me for a review! Wow! I have no words! And btw I still don’t have the items I purchased!

Never shipped my order. t's a scam!!

I never take the time to write reviews, good or bad. However in this situation I felt scammed. I had placed an order and tried to stop it from being shipped by sending repeated emails to the email on the site and the email that I received about the order. I got no responses for anything that I sent. Ended up getting the item and wanted to send it back unopened but still my emails went unanswered. After looking at the reviews it appears this place may have been shutdown but still processing orders. There were several unhappy people, I wish I would have checked them before I ordered. They were the only company online with the product I needed but ended up going in a different direction after placing the order.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Never did answer a single email or phone call after multiple attempts. Made an order 3 months ago and finally had to cancel the order since I could not get any information. Still have yet to hear from them as I write this review…..my order never came-just terrible. Would give no stars if they would have let me.
