The roof cross bar totally doesn't fit my car. I have emailed to customer service last Friday. They still don't have any reply and tell me how to do refund.

Fit my 2019 Q7 as advertised. Much cheaper than the big names. Seems to be of solid construction and the YouTube vid they have helped with the install vs the paper guide it comes with. Definitely recommend it!

Extremely fast shipping. Price was in usd so that was a surprise when the credit card bill came, no clear indication of USD and bought it off of canadian website... however seems sturdy, easy installation and looks close to stock. Wind noise is there but thay is to be expected and I've had worse from other accessories by far. Would give 5 stars but the USD not being clear dropped it that one star.

Rapid delivery, product came as expected and reasonable quality. The instructions need to be better though, pictures are hard to see, and don't represent the setup i have either. I'll figure it out myself.

Ultra fast shipping 3 days from the time of the order to the door at my place in Canada. The price is very good. the quality is average we are far from the big brands but for the price it is very good. The rack was delivered with the wrong instructions, we had to go with logic. 24/7 online support is not true.. impossible to get any live support support. Good choice for resourceful people who don't want to pay a lot.

Delivery was remarkably fast as was the installation. Would have given a five star rating but for the fact that one nut was missing and it took some time to find a fine-thread nut of that size to fit in the plastic retainer.

Have a few more details, got a surprise, a bill for brokerage fees from FedEx.
I wrote the review before driving with the rack installed on the car and found that it makes a very loud wind noise.
Just discovered that the plastic cover that contains the key/lock is no long in place. Perhaps I didn't install it correctly. Also, don't trust that the rubber pads will remain in place when the rack is removed from the car. It is best that they be removed. stored safely and them replaced with each installation.

Yet to fit so unsure of quality, but very fast and efficient service. Definitely Impressed!
