Even 1 is too high.Since new app upgrade have lost all access to banking app Customer service team just pass you around then promise call back (to get you off the phone ) then don't call back .Still... Toon meer

I have had my card since 1987 when it…

I have had my card since 1987 when it was M&S Money. I have always found it very useful and customer service very helpful. The Rewards function is great and worth the £10 a month subscription. I don't think I have ever paid interest as I always clear my balance on time and have never had charges. I use it for large purchases and as an emergency back-up. Definitely recommend. Use it properly and it is an asset.

I tried to log on to my credit card…

I tried to log on to my credit card account due to a problem with an online purchase, when I went onto the website (which I haven't logged onto for a few years), I was asked for my passcode which I have never received. I rang customer services, which took 20 minutes to answer, to check my purchases, nothing untoward had gone through so that was fine. The next day I thought I would check again just in case someone had tried to use my card information and rang customer services again at 08.03 another 20 minute wait. The outcome was that I have now cancelled my credit card and a new one is being sent. I still do not know if or when I will receive this pass code so that I can see my account online as I have had nothing in writing to say it has been sent to me. It is so frustrating and I feel that M&S are pushing me to use their app which I do not want to do. Whatever happened to customer service????

Easy to use

I have the credit card is easy to use and the app is so easy to pay different ways to pay on line. Also I use it for Apple Pay 💰

Terrible customer service- not very M&S !

1) M&S credit CANNOTT be contacted by e mail, despite the addresses on the back of the bill.

2) They are NOT available by phone 24hours a day, despite what it says on the back of my bill.

Had to ring their expensive land line to speak to a a customer "service agent".

NOT GOOD ENOUGH and will be cancelling my credit card.

No issues

No complaints or issues with my card. Delighted with time frame of 0% interest. Also the extras given throughout the year.

I'm very happy with my credit card but…

I'm very happy with my credit card but not so keen on the updated app. I preferred the old one which showed clearly exactly what I'd spent.

The Credit Card just works.

The Credit Card just works.
Use it mainly for holidays, large purchases and a backup for monthly incidentals.

Erroneous Transactions appearing on my card statements…

Nearly every month now items appear on my card statement which I don't recognise. This month it was a transaction at a petrol station in St Albans. I am quite certain that I wasn't in St Albans on the date of the transaction. Every time these erroneous transactions appear, I have to go through the onerous process of contacting the card help desk. Each time my card is stopped and a new card is issued. Receiving a new card might take 7 working days which is a considerable nuisance. M&S bank don't seem to be in the slightest bit interested in fixing the problem.

Mobile Banking for me....

Ive had my card for years and although we have a pretty poor internet where I live I tend to pay via mobile banking and should I get stuck as our mobile phone connections can be just as bad as the internet there is always someone out there to help.

Useful rewards to spend in M&S Stores

M&S Mastercard Credit Card offers useful rewards in terms of M&S Vouchers to spend in their stores in the previous quarter. The only drawback is that they are not as generous as other card providers in rewarding spending outside of M&S

Have a credit card and always find that M&S have always been good if a problem with the card or a scam they sort it straight away a happy customer

Credit card service.…

Have had my M&S credit card for many years. Whenever I have had to call I have been treated very professionally. Nothing has ever been too much of a problem

Recommend!

I’ve had a great experience with my credit card so I’m very happy. Transactions are handled smoothly and the customer service has been helpful when required. App is easy to navigate and it’s easy to keep track of spending and payments. I also like how quickly I can accumulate rewards points. I would recommend this card.

Well done Marks and Spencer.

I enjoy having a M & S Cedit Card, and a Sparks Card. The design and colour of the Credit Card is favourable. To apply for a credit card was very simple although it was a long time ago.
Paying a small fee every month entitles me to free coffee's and a gift several times a year, plus bonus points on shopping which I find useful.
The only thing I miss is a afternoon tea voucher for my birthday. Apart from that well done M & S.

Easy to use

I am very happy with M&S bank. I have had my card for many years now and have never had a problem with it. The site is easy to navigate and understand. And of course I enjoy the rewards that come with using it.

Very good system after many years using…

Very good system after many years using it I haven’t had any problems. I had to re-read new rewards to digest details and hope I’ve not missed anything.
I think if in doubt ask; everyone is very helpful and will do their best to put you right.
Club rewards I have found superb.

I used to love the M&S credit card and…

I used to love the M&S credit card and it has been my go to one. However an age old gripe is that you cannot download it as a CSV file. Lately I am not sure I fully understand or like the new rewards scheme
