I'm very disappointed by how dull the…
I'm very disappointed by how dull the colors look and how faded the whole thing appears. The black looks like charcoal gray. It's not vibrant at all. What a bummer. This is embarrassing for my first author signing event. I would rather not have a banner. I can barely read what the words say, and it smells so bad. I really expected better quality especially for paying extra for upgraded stuff.

**Research-based warning**
I would be cautious with BannersOnTheCheap, especially if the banner is needed for an important event.
The company appears to be a legitimate established business, and there are plenty of customers reporting good quality and easy ordering. However, I found a recurring group of complaints involving delayed deliveries, missed event deadlines, defective or poor-quality printing, refund issues, and frustrating customer-service experiences.
There are also BBB complaints involving delivery and product issues, while recent Trustpilot reviews include customers reporting banners arriving late or not arriving in time for their events. The company's own policies also contain important limitations around its “ships next day” claims and give the company discretion when determining whether a product failure qualifies for a refund or replacement.
I did not find evidence strong enough to call this company a scam or to claim its reviews are fake. My concern is more practical: the experience appears to be inconsistent. If your order is time-sensitive, I would leave plenty of extra time and carefully check the exact product dimensions, shipping terms and refund conditions before paying.
Based on the evidence I found, I would be cautious rather than blindly relying on the high Trustpilot rating.

Arial is a VERY common font
Arial is a VERY common font. They have arial--in bold, underlined, struck through--but NOT italic!! Even the help desk couldn't edit it! I saved a version online to my web address--just like yesterday's. Today: same routine, hours of work, lost instantly and permanently. The people are good, the prices are good, the quality is good, their website is shameful!
