Well it was good...
Well it was good.... but it have been better. I had called in to talk with someone, I had just bought 3 banners from you all. Someone pinted over 4 of the chickens on the banners. I was hoping you might work with me fixing them. She told me I would have to place a order to do that. So I ordered 4 chickens very small banners to cut up and patch over. But $59.99 to get them in it for the cook out was a little hard to sallow. But I get it....Big Business...But at least I'm getting them fixed in time. Thank you

Easy to use each time and nice quality on the low-end banners I use for short use outdoors. Only disappointment has been the high shipping costs - we're a nonprofit charitable organization.

Go to Office Depot!
Ordered banner, paid extra to have it shipped in time for a big event. Day before the event banner still hadn't arrived and UPS showed they still hadn't received the banner. I called Banners on the Cheap (BotC) and they said wait until the day of your event and we can issue you a refund if it doesn't make it...
Day of my event still no banner and BotC said they would issue a refund but I would still get the banner when it arrived. (This was good as it was a coming soon banner to put in my storefront as we are doing our buildout now and plan to open in Nov)
12 days after my event still no refund and no banner. Called in and BotC said they would not send me the banner as they were just giving me a full refund. BotC botched it and all I got was my money back, didn't even get the banner that I had ordered, nothing to make up for the fact that they are the reason I missed having that banner at a large community event for advertising.
Definitely not worth it, go to Office Depot and they can print one cheaper than these guys can, much faster and you won't have to deal with horrible customer service.

This is terrible.
So far I only received one of the two banners I ordered, and it’s horrible. There’s a nasty smell emanating from it which has already stunk up my entire living room, and the print quality is extremely low. There’s contrast is all wrong, which ruins the entire display. Now I need to find another company to make this same banner and I’ve wasted my money on this website. Hoping I can get my money back for this hack job.
