My mail service changed ownership and location. I didn't realize I hadn't changed it with Baofeng. When my order confirmation email came, I realized the package would be returned to sender. I contact Baofeng via email with the new address. In less than a day, I had a response and was informed my package would go to the new address that I had given. This is service above and beyond my experiences with contacting companies customer support personnel in the past. GREAT JOB.

If they didnt use Shopify they could be ok. Been two weeks, no item shipped, but money was sure taken from me. Terrible. Cant get ahold of customer service. Shitty company. Shoulda read the name and moved on.

I had an issue with a missing radio from my order, and Olivia from the Baofeng Support Team handled everything quickly and professionally. The missing radio was replaced without any problems, and when I later had an issue with another shipment, she immediately helped arrange a replacement from the EU warehouse.

Very friendly, responsive and helpful support. I’m very satisfied with how Baofeng handled both situations and I will definitely continue ordering from them.

Purchesed 2 devices recently form them one of the batteries was defective so I can't use any of these now. They don't want to sent me a working one and also deleted my review on their site for the product because I called them out. No offensive language was posted there they just scammed me and silenced me as well. Zero out of 10 experience never again!

Bardzo mi się spodobało że wiadomości były w 2 językach Polskim i Angielskim co umożliwiało bardzo szybką.

Their customer support people (Olivia in particular) were wonderful - they caught a problem with my order before it was shipped, notified me about it, answered my follow-up questions, and ultimately reached out when my order was ready to be placed. Very responsive, very communicative, and it was a human at the other end of the keyboard; no AI. Fantastic!

I had a radio arrive damaged. Pictures were difficult to show the damage as it was a small plastic piece that the battery locks into, keeping the radio from being able to function. Olivia responded to the email within a day, requested pic which were sent and promptly had a new radio on the way. Excellent customer service!

I asked to change the delivery address and everything went very well!

I ordered a set of PoC radio(Alervites AT1) with free SIM cards which unfortunately could not connect to the local 4G network in Hungary. Olíva from Baofeng Support Team spent weeks to find solutions to the problem patiently and very helpfully. Luckily the radios were able to connect to the local 4G network with my own multiSIM cards so I decided to keep the radios. Baofeng offered me a generous compensation which I accepted with pleasure. All products I have purchased have been great! However, the customer service was exceptional. The minor issue with ordering was responded to promptly and professionally through email. Contact remained until resolution. It is a pleasure to work with the staff at Baofeng. Thanks again for your attention to detail.

Their pricing and product range seems almost too good to be true, but I have ordered from them thanks to their support.
