I currently own four Baofeng radios a UV-25 Plus, a UV-28 Plus, and a recently purchased pair of DM-32UVs and I couldn’t be happier with them. The build quality across Baofeng’s lineup has been outstanding, and I’ve consistently been impressed by how responsive and helpful your customer service team is.
I recently made a small ordering mistake and accidentally purchased a set of UV-32s instead of the DM-32UVs I originally intended to order. When I reached out to customer service, they were incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding, making the entire situation completely stress free.
Baofeng truly stands behind their products and customers. I give their customer service a 10 out of 10!

Awesome customer service! I ordered a 6-pack and two arrived with malfunctioning speakers. I emailed the company and they responded almost immediately. Took a few videos and sent them over and they shipped me two new ones, easy peezy. Honestly about the most productive experience I have ever had with a customer service team, I will definitely be looking at Baofeng in the future for communication equipment.

After placing my order, I wanted to make a change. I used the “contact us” through the website. They immediately placed my order on hold, then cancelled it at my request so I could reorder.

Purchased a DM-32 UV from Baofengradio, it shipped quickly and was exactly what I ordered.
Unfortunately I had an issue with the keypad and initiated a return/exchange. Olivia with Baofengradio customer support was professional, and got my radio exchanged and back at my doorstep quickly.
I'm very satisfied with the whole experience.

Not only are the items I purchased great, but I had to reach out to customer service with some questions and was helped quickly and cheerfully, and that is what makes the difference.

Customer service performance in processing a refund was efficient and prompt. In addition, communication with was timely.

Baofeng stands behind their products! I’ve only had one issue in as many years and owning multiple Baofeng products, and they took care of replacing the part very quickly. Also their Customer Service is something very special, they know how to treat a Customer!

Baofengproducts make great amateur radios for the hobbies. The features packed with great options easy to use radio many many hours of pleasure using them.

I inadvertently ordered a EU charging plug when I needed a US style. I emailed support late on a Saturday asking if they could change the order and it was completed and emailed back in a few hours when I expected to wait until Monday morning. Excellent customer service. Thank you!.

Was an overall great experience.

At first I was a little worried because there were some missing parts in my order but when I contacted customer support they were quick and professional and sent me the missing parts without issue.

Was really happy with the value of my purchase and pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product.

I got a DM-32UV, The unit was giving me issues and I had to return in after a month of troubleshooting myself and Baofeng techs. I was able to send the radio back and got a replacement unid 2ish weeks later. The new radio works as it should. Sometimes you just get a bad unit.

The transceiver I ordered was delivered promptly and was working. But: the wrong programming cable was delivered. When I contacted the service, the service was really helpful (most important for great experience), fast and friendly (very important). Problem was solved within 24h. I will buy again @ Baofeng
