Great service, impressive specimen.
Great service, excellent guidance choosing the right tree for the location, swift delivery in excellent condition. The Maple tree is now planted by our Head Gardner in a prominent position at Michelham Priory gardens, I am looking forward to enjoying its shade in summer and colour through the seasons, especially in the autumn for its colour.

More than worth it
We enjoyed the whole experience. It started with a visit by Jules, who drew up a planting plan. Then she whizzed us around Barcham's enormous site to check out individual specimens and gave us Barcham's book to help us decide. We kept changing our minds but finally this week Janek (recommended by Jules) arrived to clear the site and plant 10 large trees. Ten trees were never going to be cheap and we needed to feel confident they'd be good specimens (Janek checked them all on delivery) and would be planted correctly. We're more than happy on both scores.

Tree purchase
From my first contacting the company requesting them to source a particular tree, to all subsequent contact regarding purchase, payment and delivery, the experience was very helpful. The personal touches and genuine care in helping me to find what I was looking for were very much appreciated and I would not hesitate to use the company again and would recommend them to others.

Absolutely love the multi-stem silver birch I bought. It looks very healthy and came more mature than I'd expected.
Only improvement point was that the expensive delivery was a bit later than promised and required an email to nudge them.

I highly recommend Barcham Nursery
The staff in the nursery were very helpful and efficient with my tree order. However the delivery man was offhand, grumpy and told me I had to help him lift the trees (I'm nearly 80!)
