Just had our suite delivered by Charlie and Tyler, first class service!
They rang to tell us they were 20 minutes away. Very polite and friendly, came in to see about access and where the suite was going.
Both took great care when bringing it in, checked everything was okay, and cleared the packaging away.
Would highly recommended KC Sofas, and these two lovely lads.
Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Friendly and supportive staff, company held our order until it was convenient, and delivery staff were polite and helpful. Can't recommend this company highly enough.

Absolutely bang on the two young delivery lads Charlie & Sam we’re very knowledgeable & explained everything as built the sofa up very polite a credit to the company

Had a great experience when choosing my new sofa . Laura was amazing , very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble considering I was her most indecisive customer to date. Her customer service is second to none , a credit to the firm.

Easy going gave me what i needed to know in and out picked the right chair done in half an hour.

Great service from start to finish

Sales staff, excellent
Delivery service excellent.
Would highly recommend.

This is the second time that I’ve purchased a sofa and always had excellent service from the castleford store. Charlie and Rob delivered the sofas and made sure I was happy before they left. They were polite and friendly.

Positive experience from start to finish
The staff were helpful and not pushy when we went into the Barnsley showroom.
And the sofa is the comfiest thing.

We visited the showroom in worksop which had a vast range of sofas to choose from. The staff allowed us to browse at our leisure without pressuring us in any way. We choose our sofa and were given delivery time scales and aftercare products again not pressuring which i really liked. I was given the process of manufacturing dates and advised of updates when it was ready, delivery dates etc. I received texts to advise my sofa was ready and arranged delivery.
The day of delivery arrived and i got a call to advise the guys would be 10 mins and yes they were there in 10 mins!!! Fantastic service. They unwrapped and put my sofa where I asked them to and did so with care, respecting my newly decorated and carpeted front room. Also removed all wrappings. I would highly recommend KC Sofas and the delivery team from Worksop.
