Guy in shop was down to earth, patient and funny. Lads who delivered were very helpful. All in all a pleasurable purchase!

Excellent service Charlie let me have a look around and knowing what i was wanting he help me without any hassle and has for the delivery the 2 lads who are Nathan and Tyler who delivered my sofa a chair was brilliant and went out off there way to make sure it was in the place I wanted it. KC Sofas are brilliant. They let you browse when you ready they answer questions help you with anything you need to know, they don’t bother you till you ask which I love ( makes me want to buy something) The sofa is amazing absolutely makes my newly decorated room look fantastic!

I would take a second look at going with this company. We ordered a sofa bed at the doncaster branch. The lady instore was lovely and she did sell it to us. The rest of the experience was not great. The matress was filthy and the bedframe was all damaged. We then had a replacement sent and it was stood in our kitchen for over 2 weeks before the engineer arrived to fix it, they also advised us to leave the bedframe for the scrapman outside. The new bed frame arrived just in as bad as condition as the first one. The excuse i was given was it comes from a different warehouse and we dont check it before it arrives to you. They also said its cosmetic. They then wanted to send us a third one out which we declined after enough stresss. Very disappointing experience. This is what you get for £1639.00 of your money. Maybe shop around.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, really pleased with my settee and chair, came on time, would recommend to others.

Buying was easy and the salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. Explained everything did not push a sale. I went home and ordered over the phone was told the lead time and payment options. Deliveries contacted when ready and booked a day convenient for myself and able to call when on their way so I didn’t have to wait in all day. Unpacked and put in place by conscientious men who were tidy and respectful. Took rubbish away and were done in less than 10 minutes.

Great service from Sophie in store, my goods were delivered within the specified time by Charlie and Kami who were very friendly but professional and took great care when delivering.

All staff very helpfull and understood just what I was looking for.

They phoned before hand to book day and time of delivery.
Delivery day was brilliant as my slot was between 11.00am and 14.00pm. It arrived in absolute pristine condition and the delivery men were very pleasent, polite and placed it exactly were it was required.
