When we went into the shop we were so pleased at the quality and price of the furniture.
Chloe was not coercive at all, she was patient, caring, friendly and listened carefully to our situation.
We never felt under any pressure at all.
The delivery service was brilliant too. We had a one hour time slot given and then they rang about 20 minutes prior to the delivery to let us know they would be here.
The guys were friendly, helpful and patient too.
The sofas are of an excellent quality and were at an affordable price.
We would recommend this company and their staff .

Just had my sofas delivered from KC the whole process from ordering to delivery has been fault less, the showroom staff were very friendly and helpful, gave you space to look round but were available if you had questions. The delivery team couldn’t fault both very friendly and respectful, would highly recommend give them a vist you won’t be disappointed.

Honest friendly customer service, no pushy sales. Really helpful to find the right sofa for us, explained all deals and payment options fully and comprehensively to get us a great deal. Set expected timeframea for delivery - which actually came sooner but had the option to deliver when it suited us. Was delivered, unpacked and any packaging removed. Was given the option to keep the protective covers for when decorating/ moving etc. As it was electric recliners everything was set up where we wanted them and full function test cartied out. Delivery guys were helpful and explained he stain guard protection etc were polite and professional. All in all 100% satisfied from second we walked into store all through the process and love out new sofa (even if the dog aint happy he's not allowed on them....yet🤣) Highly recommend, great service, great price, great quality. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As I've aleady reviewed the great service received in store, this review is about today's delivery. Great service from Kami and Sam. Received a call to say they were on their way and were 15 minutes away. Arrived spot on time. They represented KC Sofas extremely well. They were clean, smart and tidy. Delivered, unwrapped, assembled and placed the furniture very professionally. They obviously know their trade and enjoy their job. Thanks guys.

It was a long time since I’d bought new furniture.I found the sales person very helpful and explained things to me also the one penny foot stool was a bargain.the delivery boys were great called len and Tyler all in all a great experience.
