Barclay Beds Reviews 

After a long wait for the rest of the bed to be delivered, I received the missing cage which was left on my doorstep by the courier! No communication that it was to be delivered on that day. Have come to put the bed up today and it does not fit together. I am absolutely at a loss as I still do not have a bed and it’s been around 3 weeks waiting to get this sorted. All I want now is for them to collect the bed parts and for me to get my money refunded. Let’s hope they contact me to arrange, which they are legally bound to do according to the CCR.

Excellent service from Barclays bed and good quality bed

Ordered my bed & received a confirmation email with a estimate date of delivery. The bed arrived a week earlier than expected with great communication from the courier.
The bed was easy to assemble but the only downside was that no nails were provided for the slats! The bed is sturdy & looks fab. Would definitely recommend.

Wow! I am unable to fault this company. From ordering the swatches to choosing the right colour for my new headboard to the delivery of the final product; delivery was super efficient and the product is of great quality. Love love love my new headboard and reasonable value in comparison to other headboards I looked at.

Great bed heads for price. Material is soft and a good colour. Quick delivery - would buy again.

Update: received the cage which the mattress sits on- came to put the bed together and it does not fit together!!
If I could post pictures I would, to show you just how ridiculous it is.

Ordered an ottoman bed but only received part of the order. Eventually got them to agree to send out what they were supposed to (ie the bed base for the mattress to sit on). Emailed for a confirmation of when it will be sent but has been radio silence. I am so angry with this company as the bed was for my daughters Christmas present and at this rate they will ruin Christmas. I wish they would just reply it is so frustrating. In the meantime I have searched the company on Companies House and have the names of the director and his wife whom shall be receiving an official letter if this is not resolved soon.

Headboard is good quality & reasonable price, packed well although the hole positions to attach the frame to the board could perhaps be made clearer on the reverse & the fixings maybe attached to the rear of headboard & not hidden within the packaging. We purchased a super king size headboard & our existing board had 4 struts - I believe this one should perhaps have been supplied with 4 struts as it would then be more stable.
Overall pleased.

Headboard arrived damaged - not the fault of the manufacturer I appreciate, but they still needed chasing for a response. Quality of the product was okay for the price, but the customer service could have been better. Issue now resolved thankfully, so feedback updated (and upgraded) slightly…

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve placed an order several weeks ago, they’ve taken my money snd I cannot get my goods. I’ve emailed them several times but they have never once replied to me. There is no telephone number for this company, and no customer service whatsoever.
Shocking company. If I don’t hear soon I shall be reporting this company.

Excellent quality headboard with prompt delivery. They offer a swatch service to ensure the correct colour. Would highly recommend.

The bed is great - I got it for my daughter and she loves it. It is very sturdy. The delivery was later than scheduled. I had paid for it to be assembled which it was but after men gone I found blood on the slats of bed. Too late to speak with them (who didnt really speak english well enough to have conversation) so i cleaned it myself - that was very disappointing and concerning.

Very efficient with processing order and preparing for delivery. Order was a little late arriving but not the fault of Barclay Beds. Very happy with purchase and very good price

Dreadful - don't reply to queries. Actual product was good - just not the same as in the picture. Still had no response.
Avoid.

Came later than was first told but arrived within window when it did come and was well packed, beautiful item, well made

I am really hoping they reply to this review so they can try and sort it out.
I ordered 2 head boards. I received one by the date given…. Even tho I had notification that both were sent to courier at same time. I have still only received one and paid for 2. Unfortunately I have emailed on numerous occasions and messaged on Facebook but with no response. I wish I had of read all the reviews on here and Facebook before I purchased. I did think when no contact number that it was strange, but now I’m left out the money of a head board that I never received. Please avoid this company. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so hoping they can recoup my money. Also in contact with consumer rights to advise how to proceed to get my money back. Please avoid this company at all levels….. they are so unprofessional with zero customer service.

Was very happy ...even delivered earlier than advised

I ordered the mink chesterfield headboard for our king size bed. It arrived just less than 2 weeks later, well wrapped with fixings enclosed. We have quite a deep mattress and were worried it would be too high but by adapting the struts at the back we are perfectly happy with it. It looks really good and adds a touch of luxury to our bedroom.

Wall fixed headboard ordered and arrived in the time frame stated. Great quality and superb value. Totally as described, no damage and very well packed with all fixtures and fittings. Absolutely A1 service. 100% recommended. Well done Barclay Beds.
