Ordered a bar stool from this company as we needed it promptly and their info states next day delivery if ordered prior to 4pm the previous day.
The stool didn’t arrive, company was contacted and I was informed there was a problem with DPD. When I looked on DPD tracking the said item had yet to be received. I contacted the company again and was informed that one would be sent out that day. So I assume the first stool had not been despatched. The stool arrived the following day, the box it was contained in was dented, the wooden legs of the stool was scratched in several places. There were no assembly instructions and no secure packaging it was just rolling around in the large box it arrived in.

Adore my new bar-stool. Exceptional quality and the colour is perfect for my new kitchen. Had a minor issue and Amanda from customer services dealt with it super speedily and efficiently. Highly recommend. If you need bar-stools look no further!

The gentleman that done our 3 aircon’s he spoke very well to us and explain what he was doing. Their isn’t many who clean up the way he did and wouldn’t leave anything shape laying around because we had grand children. I am so pleased he will definitely be back again

We are very pleased with our bar stools. They are exactly what we wanted. The colour matches our kitchen beautifully and they are really comfortable.
We were so pleased to find a showroom where we could actually see the stools and try them out.

First time of using this company. The ordering and delivery of the bar stools was easy and stress free. They were delivered very promptly & very well packaged, with no damage. Constructive criticism would be that the instructions for assembly were not clear at all, merely a list of parts with letters by the part name. We went on the Barstools website & watched a video of how to assemble the product, only problem was it wasn’t our particular stool. However, this still gave us a general idea of how to do it and we worked it out ourselves. We chose leather bar stools for better quality & so they would be wipeable. The quality of the leather is excellent, as are the rest of the parts. As our breakfast bar isn’t built yet we are unable to comment on the durability or comfort of the item.

Excellent quality stools. Only quibble is that the bolts provided to attach the seats to the upright are too small and that they are quite tricky to engage. However, once assembled, sturdy and very nice

Although the kitchen stools that we ordered were delivered a little late, their construction was easy, they are sturdy and look fabulous at our breakfast bar.

Good quality stools for the price and speedy delivery. There was a set of bolts missing but one short email to them and the item was sent immediately.

They arrived promptly, the barstools are exactly as described. The instructions for assembling them were clear and easy to understand. The quality of the barstool are good. Very happy with them. Would recommend.

We purchased 3 stools. There was a wide range of stools.Accurate description. Easy to order and quick delivery.
We had to fully assemble them, I would prefer part assembled but it was pretty straightforward. They were reasonably priced as well. Would recommend them.

There were no staff in the showroom. We had to go and get someone. When we did we felt they were a little disinterested and just wanted to go back to their desks.
We bought 2 chairs and were concerned how they would fit in the car however the warehouse chap was really helpful and assisted us. I am not sure I would rush back.the showroom is smaller than we thought it would be.

Fabulous quality & so easy to assemble. Great delivery service with DPD giving the day & timeslot. The stools look a lot more expensive than they are & fit perfectly under our breakfast bar. I would definitely recommend this company.
