Customer parking blocked due to a delivery
Customer parking blocked due to a delivery. Unhelpful fork lift driver unloading a large container lorry basically said "can't park there, mate".
The artic could easily have moved over a bit to ease access to the customer parking. I barely managed to squeeze by. Fortunately the artic left before I needed to.
Need to sort out access to the customer parking when taking a delivery. The fork lift driver could be more helpful too.
I felt unwelcome.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We were sorry to read that you felt unwelcome during your visit, as this is certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
Following your review, we investigated the circumstances and reviewed the CCTV footage. This shows that you initially attempted to park in an area that is not designated or authorised for customer parking which is why our forklift driver asked you to move for operational and safety reasons.
Despite the delivery taking place, our main customer car park remained accessible throughout, and you were able to park approximately 10–15 yards from the showroom entrance, like other customers we had visiting at the same time.
As a working warehouse and showroom, we occasionally receive deliveries from large articulated vehicles. While we always try to minimise disruption, there may be brief periods where access requires a little more care than usual.
We are sorry if our forklift driver’s manner came across as abrupt and have taken your comments on board. We have also contacted you personally to address your concerns and offered a discount should you wish to return and make a purchase.
We feel we have made every reasonable effort to resolve what was ultimately a brief inconvenience during a routine delivery and are disappointed it left you with such a negative impression of your visit.
We would, of course, be happy to welcome you back to our showroom in the future.

Ordered bar stools in April told they would be in end of May due to a supplier issue. Since then they have returned 20% of the money however now being end of August after months of promises we have no barstools. We also have had ZERO communication from them . Now not picking the phone up

Poor service. Do not order.
I ordered 2 Ludlow bar stools in March - they emailed me to say that they only had one stool in stock. I asked to be sent one and I would wait for the second, when it arrived, not on a next day deliver it was broken. I emailed them to say it was broken and they offered me £40 discount or a replacement. I opted for a replacement as it was unusable and they said there was no need for the to collect the damaged item as previously stated and we could throw it away. Again no idea of when the stock would come in.
I heard nothing in April and emailed them 6th May to ask for an update and was told 'further delays' due to issues in the Red sea. I emailed them again in June, more delays.
I emailed them in July and said I only needed one stool now as I'd bought another, they seemed to think I'd bought a stool from them! 7th July, in bold writing in my email it states stock is due to arrive at the end of the month. Still no item. Another email, they said their supplier has pushed back delivery until the end of August - more excuses about shipping, congestion at ports etc.
I have asked for a refund on one stool on 10th August, I have been told it takes up to 14 days for a refund which gives today as the last day and there is no refund pending and I still have no stool.
All the emails sound generated by AI. I would avoid, I have waited 5 months and still have no stools, the company is poorly managed.
