Be very careful when ordering from BartHome. We bought an expensive TV stand (over 1’600 EUR) and even though it was damaged, we could not get any compensation for the damage. We also reviewed the item and the company on their website, but the reviews never got published. All in all, we would never order anything from the company again.

From the UK, I have ordered many items over the last 3 years from Barthome, Sofa, marble table and chairs, garden furniture, sideboard, lighting and 2 mirrors. I have received nothing but high quality and professional service and always cheaper than UK pricing. An Italian mirror arrived this week, well packed and secure. I will continue to buy from these guys as if they were in the UK.

I have ordered a sofa and a bed and stools and more from BartHome. It was the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and the situation was harsh all over the world for supply chains, regardless, their service exceeded my expectations.
The quality of the Italian-Made needs no endorsement from me - it's globally known. Everything arrived in mint condition and protect-wrapped to the max.

This isn't the first time I'm ordering from Italy but it is the first time with BartHome. I was cautious at first but the team at BartHome, patiently and with attention diffused all of my worries.

The service is so good that this have become my go-to place for ordering furniture and more home-related equipment from Italy now on!

I find it very strange all those reviews with the CAPS and panic and horror stories. This is a complete opposite of the experience we had.

Wir haben im Juni diesen Jahres während einem Aufenthalt in Sizilien das Geschäft besucht. Eigentlich wollten wir nichts kaufen, doch haben wir uns in diverse Möbelstücke für unser neues Haus verliebt. Der Inhaber sagte er könne problemlos den Transport organisieren und dies ist nun auch geschehen, alles reibungslos gelaufen. Sofa, Kommode und Loungemöbel sind heil angekommen.
