10 months, lots of patience, and so many smile checks later, I finally got the results I wanted! The Basma team was incredibly supportive and encouraging the whole way through, especially Alma. Couldn’t have done it without them!

The beginning to end process is fairly easy and straightforward. The support in my opinion is the best part of the process. In terms of results, my teeth are well aligned however they’re not perfect but it’s acceptable for me.

Alma and the team at Basma are outstanding they explain everything in details, i am 5 months in with my treatment and the results are great!

I was a bit worried when I started because I discovered Basma on an instagram app and wasn’t sure it was legit. But I’m really happy to say that after a year with them everything was perfect. The customer service team were all nice, kind and helpful. I needed adjustments to my original treatment plan and they took care of everything as promised. I just bought the alignment and its expected to arrive in 3-4 weeks. But overall so far everything exceeded my expectations! I really liked everything from my appointment at the clinic, and my online meeting with mr Yasser where he explained everything and answered all the questions that were in my head before i even ask. I appreciate the discount and more importantly i love the idea that everything can be done through the app and customer services without the need of going to the clinic every month that’s really important for me.
