I’m genuinely happy with the results and with my experience with Basma in correcting my smile. Their efforts are clear, and they are extremely attentive to their clients. They didn’t leave me until I was fully satisfied with my final smile. They respond quickly to any issue I faced, whether with appointments or anything else. I honestly felt they spoiled their clients.

The price is very reasonable for clear aligners, especially considering how much better they are compared to metal braces — the difference is huge. Their scheduling is flexible, especially since I live outside the area; every vacation I book an appointment and go.

I’m truly grateful that Allah made my treatment with them easy — a prayer answered, Alhamdulillah. 🤲🏻

English:

I’ve started my experience back in June 2024, it simply an amazing experience. Basma made it one of the easiest dental treatments I’ve never expected. They showed me (i) how do clients really care to them, (ii) how the treatment’s process is priority to Basma’s team, and (iii) how to make issues resolved in a professional way. With that said, that made my experience a great one, with no doubt I’ll recommend Basma to all of my friends and family. Additionally, a special thank you goes to the amazing Noura, who walked me through the process without being annoyed (I was very annoying by the way). However, whenever I complained about anything, I know that the second day the issue disappears; therefore, many thanks Noura for the great service and patient throughout the treatment process.

عيادة بسمة من أول ما تواصلت معهم علشان أبحث عن إمكانية العلاج لأسناني، وتواصل معي المختص باجتماع بسيط يشرح لي عن طُرق العلاج لدى بسمة، حمسني بأن أتخذ الخطوة وأبدأ العلاج معهم، ومنذ بداية علاجي حتى نهايته، لم أشتك يوماً من سوء تعامل أو غير ذلك، بل كان فريق بسمة في قمة الاحترافية والتعامل اللطيف، على رأسهم الأخت نورة الي كانت أول بأول معي في هذه الرحلة العلاجية، وصراحةً، بعض الأحيان أكون عجّاز وأسحب على المواعيد ومع ذلك، فيهم صبر جداً جميل واهتمام للعميل أكثر من رائع، أنصح وبقوة التعامل مع بسمة، وبلا شك سيتم توصية بسمة لجميع الأهل والأصدقاء، وبالختام أكرر الشكر الكبير لطاقم بسمة والعزيزة نورة بشكل خاص.

The journey was great and helpful I could not imagine my teeth would be this perfect in a short period of time and without Basma team help I was not going to reach out the final result, Many thanks.

THey sure work and they are definitely better than those metal braces which always have problems.
but the prices are higher too, so it's a downside.

I had an amazing experience with Basma.
As a lawyer, I was worried that having braces at my age would be embarrassing, but the clear aligners by Basma were completely invisible — even the people closest to me didn’t notice them.

The treatment was quick, painless, and the results were far better than I expected. I could see the change day by day, almost like magic.
The customer service team was extremely professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process.

I was a bit worried when I started because I discovered Basma on an instagram app and wasn’t sure it was legit. But my experience with Basma was truly wonderful. They really care about their patients ,They won’t let you until you’re completely satisfied with your new smile. The customer service team were all nice, kind and helpful they never take long time until they respond my message . Something i want all of you to believe me in that clear aligners are much better and more comfortable than the metal ones.. I love my smile now I’m really glad I went with Basma and really thankful to the medical team work.

Basma made my smile back to life i was struggling and i needed to fix my teeth while using something invisible during my work since I’m working in hospitality, up until i found out about Basma they saved my life the Invisalign are very discreet and they did the best work. I got the smile that i was waiting for & i’m happy with my results 🫶🏼👼🏼

Great product and brilliant service delivered by a friendly and reliable team

Despite all the instability and hard times in Lebanon, Basma Clinic has done an excellent job providing the best service without ever compromising quality. They fixed all the things that bothered me with my teeth and made sure I was 100% satisfied before ending my treatment. Even after I had to leave Lebanon and move to the US, they continued sending me my trays and responding to all my concerns. They address issues promptly with so much empathy. I honestly wish they had a branch in the US because I’m certain they could compete at an international level. I’m so proud that a clinic of this caliber is Lebanese.

It was an amazing experience and i want to thank all the team members for their great work, also the result is great , thank you for the amazing journey basma!
